Price-review limitation, 12 October 2026: The official catalog could not be retrieved for a fresh price check. The regular fees and calculated coupon amounts below retain their stated earlier source-check dates and should be treated as last-observed reference prices, not a new checkout quotation. The code-verification date is separate from this pricing limitation.
10FOUR simulated positions must be closed by 4:45 PM Eastern Time on ordinary weekdays. Trading reopens at 6:00 PM ET Sunday through Thursday. The daily close, end-of-day risk update and next session opening are separate events, so put each on the correct clock before trading.

Read the deadline in Eastern Time
The Allowed Trading Times guide sets the 4:45 PM ET deadline and says remaining positions are automatically closed. It states that holding past this time does not itself fail the account. On holidays with an altered close, positions must be closed before the market closes.
Those statements do not promise a particular execution price or make an automatic liquidation a sensible trading plan. The Daily EOD evaluation guide warns that forced-close fills may be poor. Loss-floor enforcement and ordinary trading risks remain relevant while a position is still open.
Use the earlier applicable deadline when the market's schedule changes. A normal-day reminder is inadequate if the relevant contract stops trading sooner. Check the firm's current notice and the contract's official holiday schedule before the session, rather than waiting for an unavailable order button to reveal the change.
Keep three different daily events visible
For Daily EOD, the official evaluation guide updates the trailing loss floor at 5:00 PM ET using the highest end-of-day balance. That is fifteen minutes after the ordinary position-close deadline. The next trading session begins later still.
| Ordinary-session event | Eastern Time | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Positions closed by | 4:45 PM | End the day's permitted simulated exposure |
| Daily EOD floor update | 5:00 PM | Update the account's EOD risk reference |
| Trading reopens, Sunday–Thursday | 6:00 PM | Start the next available trading session |
The gap between 4:45 and 5:00 is not additional holding permission. Similarly, the period before the next session opens is not a second opportunity to undo an unfavorable close. Record the confirmed final executions and then reconcile the resulting account state.
An end-of-day update also does not mean that the existing floor can be ignored intraday. The Daily EOD guide enforces that active floor in real time. A closing-time reminder and a risk-limit alert solve different problems; neither should replace the other.
Convert ET with a date-aware clock
Eastern Time alternates between daylight and standard time. NIST's current daylight-saving schedule sets the 2026 change back to standard time on 1 November. A fixed UTC alarm copied throughout the year can therefore be an hour wrong.
| Event | During Eastern daylight time, UTC−4 | During Eastern standard time, UTC−5 |
|---|---|---|
| 4:45 PM ET close deadline | 20:45 UTC | 21:45 UTC |
| 5:00 PM ET EOD update | 21:00 UTC | 22:00 UTC |
| 6:00 PM ET reopen | 22:00 UTC | 23:00 UTC |
These are timezone conversions of the normal schedule, not holiday trading hours. Use a New York/Eastern timezone-aware calendar and verify its displayed conversion against the platform. If your own country changes clocks on a different date, the gap to your local time can change before or after the US transition.
A useful rehearsal is to open the calendar event and read both the Eastern and local timestamps. Check the date as well as the hour: a conversion into Asia or Oceania can put the reopening on the next local calendar day.
Finish the session with a record of what actually closed
Set a personal review reminder before the official deadline, leaving enough room for your normal process and market conditions. This article does not prescribe a universal number of minutes; execution, connectivity and the instrument all matter.
Use a short close checklist:
- Confirm the intended account and trading session.
- Review open positions and working entry orders.
- Decide which orders need cancellation under the trading plan and verify their final status.
- Check that closing executions have completed and no position remains unexpectedly open.
- Save the final statement and reconcile costs and the current loss floor.
An instruction submitted is different from a confirmed execution or cancellation. Do not infer that every pending order was canceled merely because a position disappeared. If the displayed states disagree, preserve the order references and ask support instead of repeatedly submitting replacement orders.
Recheck the rules when moving to live
The same trading-hours guide separately allows swing and overnight positions on live accounts when margin requirements are met. It says auto-liquidation settings may be configured during onboarding. This exception should be read from the actual live account instructions, not copied into a simulated evaluation.
The Path to Live guide explains that live exchange margin requirements can change during volatility or overnight holding. Eligibility for a live review also does not guarantee selection. A trader should update the session checklist after confirmed activation and written account terms, not after merely expecting a transition.
Keep the coupon calculation separate from session rules
The official product catalog, captured on 11 October 2026, lists this Daily EOD base fee in USD. The recorded COMPARE offer produces the following calculation:
| Plan | Account size | Regular fee | Code | Discount | Savings | Calculated final base fee |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Daily EOD | $50,000 | $192.86 | COMPARE | 40% | $77.14 | $115.72 |
The final fee is $192.86 multiplied by 0.60 and rounded to cents. The saving is the regular fee minus that rounded payable amount. Extras, resets, tax and separate services are excluded, and no second promotion is stacked.
To redeem, choose Futures and the exact account configuration on the official website, enter COMPARE before payment, and check the accepted reduction and complete total. Save the receipt together with the applicable trading-hour rules.
Use the current coupon terms and 10FOUR review for broader context. Disclosure: Prop Firm Audit may earn referral commission. Program fees can be lost, and an automatic close, calendar reminder or discount does not guarantee account survival or a payout.
