By accessing or using Prop Firm Audit ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Educational Purpose Only
All content on this Platform, including prop firm reviews, ratings, scores, and articles, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of professional advice. You should conduct your own research and consult qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.
3. Not Financial Advice
Prop Firm Audit is not a financial advisor, broker, or registered investment advisor. The Platform does not recommend, endorse, or guarantee any specific prop firm, trading strategy, or financial outcome. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of the money you invest in a prop firm evaluation. We are not responsible for any financial losses you incur.
4. User Accounts
You may sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
5. User-Generated Content
When you submit a review, rating, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Platform. You are solely responsible for your submissions. You agree not to submit false, misleading, defamatory, or spam content. We reserve the right to moderate, hide, or remove any content at our discretion.
6. Review Guidelines
Reviews must be based on your genuine personal experience with the prop firm. You must not submit reviews on behalf of a firm, competitor, or third party. Reviews must not contain personal attacks, hate speech, or illegal content. Reviews may not contain advertising or promotional material for other services. Violation of these guidelines may result in account termination.
7. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, prop firm rules, conditions, and payouts change frequently. We make no warranty that information on the Platform is current, complete, or accurate. Always verify information directly with the prop firm before making any decisions or payments.
8. Affiliate Disclosure
Some links on this Platform may be affiliate links. This means we may earn a commission if you click through and make a purchase or sign up with a prop firm. This does not affect our ratings or reviews. We only link to firms we have reviewed, and affiliate relationships do not influence our scores or editorial independence.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and methodology, is the property of Prop Firm Audit and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. User-submitted reviews remain the property of the user, subject to the license granted in Section 5.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prop Firm Audit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from reliance on our content. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Prop Firm Audit operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except for claims that qualify for small claims court.
