Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

Prop Firm Audit ("we", "us", or "our") operates propfirmaudit.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using our platform, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google OAuth, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture provided by Google. We also collect information you voluntarily submit, such as reviews and ratings for prop firms. We collect standard server logs including IP addresses and browser user agents for security purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our services, authenticate your identity when you sign in, allow you to submit and manage reviews, send important service notifications, and prevent fraud and abuse on the platform. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Google OAuth

We use Google OAuth for authentication. When you sign in with Google, we receive only the information you authorize Google to share: your name, email, and profile picture. We do not receive or store your Google password. You can revoke our access at any time through your Google Account settings.

4. Reviews and User Content

Reviews and ratings you submit may be displayed publicly on our platform after moderation. Your name and profile picture from your Google account may be shown alongside your reviews. You can request deletion of your reviews by contacting us. Note that once a review has been published, copies may persist in search engine caches.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use session cookies to keep you signed in. We use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to sign in.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law. Aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to our processing of your data, and request a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights, please contact us at hello@propfirmaudit.com.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure session management, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your Google account.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.

10. Contact

For privacy-related questions or requests, please contact us at hello@propfirmaudit.com. We aim to respond to all privacy requests within 5 business days.
