Fee audit with COMPARE
| Plan | $25K | $50K | $100K | $150K |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Zero (monthly) | $89 → $44.50 | $139 → $69.50 | $279 → $139.50 | — |
| Standard (monthly) | — | $129 → $64.50 | $239 → $119.50 | $349 → $174.50 |
| Advanced (monthly) | — | $209 → $104.50 | $349 → $174.50 | $489 → $244.50 |
| Direct (one-time) | $349 → $174.50 | $519 → $259.50 | $689 → $344.50 | $859 → $429.50 |
Discounted figures assume the maximum 50% applies to the selected order; the accepted rate is shown at checkout. Evaluation renewals bill at the regular fee until passed or cancelled; resets (e.g. $199 on Standard $100K) are separate. Audit note: a Standard $50K that takes two months to pass costs $64.50 + $129 = $193.50, which is less than Direct $50K at $259.50 only if passed within two cycles.
Drawdown audit: EOD trailing MLL and the lock
The Maximum Loss Limit follows the highest end-of-day closing balance and stops moving once it reaches the starting balance.
| Standard $50K | Closing balance | MLL floor |
|---|---|---|
| Start | $50,000 | $48,000 |
| Profitable close | $51,000 | $49,000 |
| High close reaches $52,000 | $52,000 | $50,000 (locked) |
| Later close | $54,000 | $50,000 |
Intraday peaks do not move the floor, but live equity can still breach it during a session. Payouts reduce the balance without lowering the floor, so a locked account that withdraws most of its profit can be left with little room.
Daily Loss Guard audit
The guard is 2% of the starting balance on Zero, Standard (Qualified only) and Direct, and does not exist on Advanced. Hitting it liquidates open positions and locks the account until the next session (6 PM ET); it is a soft breach, not an account failure. Standard evaluations therefore have exactly one way to fail: the MLL.
Payout audit
| Rule | Zero / Standard / Advanced | Direct |
|---|---|---|
| Gate | 5 winning days of ≥ $200 between requests | Withdrawal profit target (6% first, 4% later) with fresh profit each cycle |
| Consistency | Zero and Standard 40%; Advanced none | 20% |
| Request limit | 50% of qualifying profit, and the plan cap | Size-based cap |
| Frequency | Up to 4 per month | Up to 4 per month |
| Split | 90% | 90% |
| Processing | Approval then provider delivery; 48 business hours or less stated | Same |
Worked check on Standard $100K: $10,000 profit, $3,000 best day (30%), five qualifying days. Half the profit is $5,000 but the cap is $4,000, so the request is $4,000 and the trader receives $3,600.
Rules that end accounts
- Hitting or exceeding the Maximum Loss Limit at any time.
- Automated bots; copy trading is allowed only between your own approved accounts.
- Account sharing, third-party control, coordinated opposing positions.
- Platform or delayed-data exploitation, unrealistic simulated fills, order-book spamming.
- Exceeding position limits (e.g. Standard $50K 5 minis; Qualified tiers scale with profit).
- Qualified news window: no execution within two minutes either side of relevant high-impact releases on Standard Qualified accounts; evaluation news trading is permitted.
- Inactivity per the published clock.
Audit verdict
| Category | Score | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Transparency | Strong | Every plan and rule has its own help article |
| Drawdown | Strong | EOD trailing on every plan, locks at start balance |
| Daily guard | Strong | Soft breach, absent on Advanced and on Standard evaluations |
| Pricing | Mixed | Cheap entry with COMPARE, but evaluations are monthly subscriptions |
| Payouts | Mixed | 90% and 4x monthly, but 5-winning-day gate and $1,500–$5,000 caps on Zero/Standard |
| Consistency | Mixed | Advanced has none when funded; Direct's 20% is strict |
| Automation | Weak | Bots not approved |
Alpha Futures suits: futures traders who want EOD drawdown and a soft daily guard, and who can pass a 40% consistency evaluation to reach Advanced's unrestricted funded stage.
Look elsewhere if: you need bots, you trade one or two big days a month and want Direct, or you dislike monthly evaluation billing.
