Alpha Futures Discount Code COMPARE: Eligibility Checks

Verified code: COMPARE offers up to 50% off eligible Alpha Futures account purchase fees, as listed by Prop Firm Audit. Eligibility for the offer and eligibility to use the service are separate checks. Confirm the actual discount through the Alpha Futures coupon page and checkout before paying. A coupon does not override country, identity, payment, or account restrictions.

Confirm the price after confirming you can use the account

Regular USD prices below come from the monthly evaluation guide and Direct account overview. The maximum-discount arithmetic applies only if that specific purchase is eligible for 50%. It does not establish an actual checkout quote.

Direct has no monthly account subscription. Evaluation renewals, resets, optional software, and data need separate confirmation; do not assume the coupon covers them.

Gate one: age, country, and travel plans

Alpha's Terms and Conditions, effective July 27, 2026, limit services to people over 18 in permitted jurisdictions. The Countries with Limitations article, dated August 12, 2026, describes eligibility through residence or citizenship in a non-restricted country. It also prohibits trading while visiting or traveling through a restricted country.

Check the live list rather than relying on an old review or another similarly named firm's rules. Where citizenship, residence, and travel location differ, obtain written clarification before purchasing. Do not assume that one favorable detail resolves the whole situation.

Practical example: someone planning to buy today and trade during an overseas trip should check the destination as well as their home country. If the destination is restricted, a usable account at home does not make trading there permitted. Adjust the plan before a recurring fee starts.

Gate two: identity and payment names

The Completing KYC guide requires verification before a Qualified account or performance fee. It recommends completing KYC at or before the first purchase, allows up to 48 hours for review, requires the account holder to complete it personally, and prohibits VPN/VPS use during verification.

Prepare a valid government-issued photo ID and the required selfie. The document paragraph is internally inconsistent: it mentions residence permits among examples and then excludes any type of permit. Anyone relying on a permit should ask support which specific document is acceptable before payment.

Alpha's Third Party Payments policy rejects purchases from another person's card or account and says the payment-card name is checked against KYC. A family member's permission to use their card does not satisfy that published rule.

Before buying, compare your profile name, identity document, and payment-account details. For a legitimate name difference, ask how to document it. Do not invent a workaround or assume a successful card charge proves onboarding approval.

Gate three: existing accounts and your household

The Maximum Allocation article permits one username per individual and one service user per household. It lists five Qualified accounts for Zero, Direct, and current Standard, but three for Advanced. An active Advanced Qualified account limits the user to three; Standard accounts predating July 27, 2026 have a separate three-account limit.

Count existing Qualified accounts and identify their plan and purchase dates before adding another purchase. If another household member already uses Alpha, clarify eligibility first. Extra evaluations should not be bought on the assumption that every successful pass can become another Qualified account.

Read refund language by situation

The short Return Policy presents purchases as final and directs buyers to the terms. Other official pages describe specific exceptions, so neither an absolute no-refunds claim nor a universal money-back promise accurately captures all published wording.

Withdrawal before the first trade

The Terms' section 15 describes 14-day cooling-off rights for qualifying consumers under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, with notice to accounts@alpha-futures.com. It says those rights are waived when accessing the account to place the first virtual trade. The General Service Agreement, section 5, also describes pre-trade withdrawal within 14 days and processing approved refunds within 14 days of the request.

These are conditional provisions. Ask Alpha how they apply to your purchase and location before relying on them. Avoid placing a test trade while a withdrawal question remains unresolved.

Failed identity screening

The KYC guide separately says screening failure results in a full refund for a passed or currently active Evaluation. Its wording does not establish the same remedy for Direct purchases, expired or breached evaluations, resets, or data subscriptions. Verify any case outside the stated category directly.

Defective or unavailable service

The Terms also discuss remedies for defective services and prepaid services not received after a suspension exceeding 30 days. The General Service Agreement adds a post-trade limitation to its defect provision that is absent from the Terms' corresponding wording. Preserve evidence and request case-specific clarification; do not treat ordinary trading losses or a failed evaluation as proof of a service defect.

Cancel recurring billing separately from requesting a refund

The billing guide directs cancellation through the dashboard's Billing section. A failed evaluation continues renewing until passing or cancellation. Requesting money back should not be treated as confirmation that future billing has stopped.

Alpha's reset article says a paid reset leaves the renewal date unchanged. The Terms contain conflicting reset wording, including one clause suggesting the date changes. Confirm the dashboard date before paying for a reset near renewal.

For evaluation payments made with cryptocurrency, the crypto guide says renewals require manual payment. Check the exact network and amount, including fees; the guide warns that wrong-network payments may be unrecoverable.

Public pages also disagree about Qualified monthly fees; the subscription guide explains the conflict. No fixed coupon end date is confirmed.

Final purchase record: save the selected account, platform, regular price, accepted discount, total charge, billing date, applicable terms, and any support clarification. If cancellation is needed later, retain its confirmation and separately verify subscription status.
