Aqua Futures allows separate traders in one household and use of personal mobile or desktop devices, but each trader must control their own account and decisions. Shared-device use must be disclosed, while advance notice of a shared connection or travel can help resolve reviews. Never use a VPN or VPS during KYC.
COMPARE offers 25% off eligible Aqua Futures base purchase fees. The current coupon record carries Yash R's confirmation: Verified on 12 October 2026. Official access policies and regular fees were checked 11 October 2026. This article does not claim an account-access or checkout test.
Classify the situation before interpreting an IP warning
The official IP, devices and location guide distinguishes household sharing, shared hardware, travel and remote-server use. Accounts must remain individually owned, with the trader's own payment method. It allows personal device changes and describes reviews of location changes; VPN/VPS use is excluded from KYC.
A shared internet connection and a shared trading login are different facts. Write down the actual arrangement: who owns each account, who uses the device, whether sessions remain open and whether any orders are copied. A statement that two people use the same Wi-Fi leaves the most important questions unanswered.
If another person's account is open on your device, do not place trades from it. Resolve the session ownership before continuing. Separate browser profiles or device labels can help prevent mistakes, but they do not create permission for account sharing or coordinated trading.
Prepare a short household and device record
An editorial checklist can be useful when a household has more than one trader:
| Question | What a clear record looks like |
|---|---|
| Who owns each account? | Separate named owners and identifiers |
| Who makes the decisions? | Each person manages their own entries and exits |
| What is shared? | Connection, address or specific device, stated separately |
| What has been disclosed? | Support reference and the actual arrangement described |
| What changed? | Move, new device, visitor login or planned travel |
Only send what official support needs. An ordinary notice should not include passwords, a full payment-card number or unnecessary identity-document images. Keep the response with the account record and update the description when the facts change.
The public policy says shared hardware can increase review time. Do not translate advance disclosure into a guarantee that no review will occur. Its practical value is that the firm has an accurate explanation to compare with the observed access history.
Check travel eligibility before opening a new account
The location guide discusses temporary travel separately from residency and citizenship. The current restricted-territory page and KYC/AML policy are relevant to eligibility. Review those sources for the actual person and destination instead of assuming a working checkout establishes permission.
A useful travel note includes the expected dates, destination, devices and whether a remote server will remain in use. Ask support about the specific setup if it could create simultaneous location signals. Do not disguise location or create a second identity to avoid a restriction.
Suppose a trader usually logs in from home, then plans to use a personal laptop abroad while an existing VPS remains hosted elsewhere. The preparation question is how that truthful arrangement should be documented. It is not which country to make every login appear to come from. Preserve the support clarification and avoid using a routing tool during identity verification.
Keep KYC documents in the verification channel
The KYC policy describes identity, live-selfie and address evidence, with one verified profile per person. Address documents generally need to be within three months; the provider determines acceptance. Follow the current document request rather than assuming a document that worked elsewhere must work here.
Check names and address information for ordinary mismatches before submission. A moved address or expired document may require a legitimate update. Do not edit a document to manufacture consistency, share a verification session with someone else or submit another person's payment details.
If a document is rejected, record the stated reason and use the official resubmission route. An access review and a document review can occur together, but clearing one does not prove the other is finished. Track the current status rather than repeatedly starting new profiles.
Recheck the household arrangement at Live transition
The Live Account policy introduces a separate household condition: while one household member trades Live, other household members may not trade simulated AquaFunded Futures accounts. The ordinary shared-household permission should not be extended past that specific restriction.
Before a transition, list every household account and ask which activities need to stop or change under the issued terms. The Aqua Futures review provides wider program context; rely on the actual written transition instructions for affected accounts.
For ordinary own-account copying, use the existing Flex copier guide. Permission to copy your own accounts does not permit one household member to control another's.
Confirm the account fits before applying COMPARE
The official Futures selector supplies these single-account Tradovate base fees. Select Futures, since the same site also sells CFD accounts.
| Plan | Account size | Regular base fee USD | Code | Discount | Savings USD | Final base fee USD |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Daily evaluation, one account | $50,000 | $113.00 | COMPARE | 25% | $28.25 | $84.75 |
| Standard evaluation, one account | $50,000 | $160.00 | COMPARE | 25% | $40.00 | $120.00 |
Choose the model, size and platform, confirm eligibility and ownership of the payment method, then enter COMPARE before payment. Verify the eligible 25% reduction and total. The table excludes optional upgrades, tax, conversion and provider charges, and assumes no stacking with a public sale or bundle. No fixed coupon expiry is established.
