Aqua Futures Live Inventory Guide + Coupon Code COMPARE

AquaFunded Futures Live is earned through review and cannot be bought with a coupon. Before a possible transition, inventory every evaluation and funded account: reward history, remaining loss allowance and model determine which questions need answers. Reaching a review milestone does not guarantee promotion.

COMPARE provides 25% off eligible Aqua Futures base purchase fees. Yash R's code verification is dated 12 October 2026 in the coupon record. The official live-policy page and current selector prices were checked 11 October 2026. No checkout or live-account experience is claimed here.

Separate entering review from receiving a live account

The official Live Account guide identifies Reward 5 and other performance routes to discretionary review. Flex No Daily Loss has no path to Live. On approval, eligible funded accounts with at least one successful reward combine; active evaluations close. Zero-reward funded accounts do not transfer, and a fee refund depends on whether more than half their maximum drawdown remains.

Those rules make preparation useful before any transition notice. A trader who only tracks total nominal capital can miss the distinction between a rewarded funded account, an unrewarded one and an unused evaluation. Keep review status separate from all three: being under consideration is not the same event as the firm approving the move.

Make one row per account, including the ones you are not trading

Build the inventory from the dashboard and issued account records rather than memory. The following fields are an editorial organizing method, not an extra official application form.

FieldWhat to record
IdentityAccount ID, model, stage and purchase date
Payment historyActual evaluation fee paid and receipt reference
Reward evidenceCount, successful-payment references and dates
Risk positionCurrent balance, current loss floor and remaining allowance
Transition statusUnreviewed, confirmed eligible, excluded or unresolved
OutcomeNew account, closure, refund decision or other written result

Do not mark a pending reward as successfully received solely because a request exists. Likewise, preserve the receipt's amount rather than replacing it with today's list price. A potential fee refund concerns a historical purchase, while a current coupon table describes a new order.

Save the inventory before account identifiers change or closed accounts become harder to find. Keep exports and references organized without storing passwords in the same sheet. Record actual outcomes after the transition instead of deleting rows that no longer appear active.

Test the refund question with the right denominator

Suppose an unrewarded funded account has a documented maximum-drawdown allowance of $2,000. Half is $1,000. If its confirmed remaining allowance were $1,100, the ratio would be 55%; if it were $900, it would be 45%. Those calculations help frame a question under the published greater-than-half condition. They do not establish an approved refund for a real account.

The denominator is the relevant maximum-drawdown allowance, not the nominal account size or the fee paid. In this invented example, dividing $1,100 by a $50,000 headline balance would answer an unrelated question. Save the dashboard values and ask the firm to confirm its measurement moment and calculation if the numbers are unclear.

At exactly half, do not round the result upward or describe it as more than half. Also do not assume that a refund condition stated for an unrewarded funded account creates a refund right for every active evaluation. Keep those account stages distinct in the support question.

Prepare the operational handover before placing new orders

Once a transition is confirmed, compare the new account notice with the old inventory. Which accounts closed, which contributed to the new account and which have a separate unresolved outcome? A missing identifier should become a reconciliation question rather than silently disappearing from the record.

Build a fresh operating checklist from the issued live agreement. Verify its account identifier, platform, permitted products, quantity limits, loss boundary, reward terms and session restrictions. Old simulated-account order templates should not be treated as a complete live setup. Check each value before reusing a quantity or destination preset.

The live guide also contains household restrictions and a one-time buyout alternative. These can affect people or accounts beyond the obvious candidate account. Ask for the actual written options before accepting a transition decision; a public illustration is not an individually issued offer. The companion Aqua Futures review supplies broader product context.

Do not buy spare evaluations as an assumed bridge

An inventory can reveal that buying another discounted evaluation is unnecessary while the fate of existing accounts is unresolved. Ask what happens to the specific accounts already held before planning around a future qualification.

The Flex three-reward guide explains the separate No Daily Loss lifecycle. Its queued-account sequence should not be imported into a Live transition. Likewise, the evaluation review timeline describes a different review event; do not assign its deadline to the Live process.

For support, send a concise list of affected IDs, stages, successful rewards and the exact decision requested. Ask for unresolved eligibility, closure and refund outcomes together. This reduces contradictory assumptions across several accounts without suggesting that a spreadsheet can compel promotion.

Coupon prices concern new simulated-program purchases

The official Futures selector supplies these currently selectable single-account Tradovate base fees. They are evaluation purchase examples, not Live prices.

Select Futures, the exact model, size and platform, apply COMPARE before payment and confirm the eligible 25% reduction. No public-promotion or bundle stacking is assumed. Optional services, taxes, conversion and payment charges remain separate unless expressly included; no fixed coupon expiry is confirmed.
