Blue Guardian Futures Inactivity Rules + CFP Up to 45% Off

Blue Guardian Futures uses different inactivity periods by stage: its current help centre requires at least one trade every 30 calendar days on evaluation accounts and every 7 calendar days on funded accounts. The shorter funded period deserves a fresh reminder when an account changes stage.

Use CFP for up to 45% off all Blue Guardian Futures accounts, including Standard, Reserve, Express and Direct. Verified on 12 October 2026 by Yash R. The rate depends on the selected account configuration; 45% is the maximum offer, not a guaranteed reduction on every order.

Official policy checked 10 October 2026. The Futures coupon page is the dedicated offer reference. This guide focuses on tracking the activity clock, particularly through a pass or a planned absence. It does not claim that paying once provides unlimited inactive access.

Identify the stage before setting a reminder

The official futures introduction publishes the 30-calendar-day evaluation and 7-calendar-day funded requirements and says a missed period leads to inactivity and breach. It also describes the programme's one-time purchase structure without monthly renewal or activation fees.

Those are separate policies. No recurring evaluation payment does not mean no activity condition. Likewise, an account that passes into a funded stage needs the funded timetable rather than a copied evaluation reminder.

The article does not establish every exact cutoff timestamp, timezone, first-clock starting event or holiday exception. Resolve those details using the account record and official support. Do not invent an extra grace day from a calendar calculation.

Create a stage-change handover

When a pass is confirmed, record the old and new account references, the programme, the new status and the relevant activity requirement. Check whether the dashboard has issued a separate funded account and whether its own last-trade or activation information is visible.

This is an editorial checklist. The personal review reminder should occur before a possible boundary, but it is not a new official deadline. A trader can choose a conservative administrative reminder without asserting that the provider's clock runs from that reminder.

Calendar days include days you do not trade

A calendar-day period should not be silently converted into trading sessions. Weekends and public holidays can fall inside the period even when the chosen market is closed. The sensible planning step is to look ahead at actual market availability and ask about any uncertainty before there is no remaining session in which to act responsibly.

For an illustrative absence, suppose a funded trader plans to leave on Friday and return more than a week later. A note to check the account on return may be too late. Review the account before departure, identify the period that will be missed and ask official support whether a supported arrangement exists. This guide does not promise that the firm grants pauses or exceptions.

Similarly, a trader who has just passed on an evaluation should not wait several weeks merely because that was the earlier account's reminder cadence. The account transition is the event that should trigger a new administrative review, even if the exact first deadline needs confirmation.

Track every account independently

Use a separate row for each account in your own register. That avoids the practical mistake of assuming that recent activity visible somewhere in the dashboard establishes activity on every account. The official wording describes account inactivity; it does not promise that another account's trade protects an idle one.

Check the account selector before consulting trade history. Similar account names and sizes make it easy to read the wrong record. If you retain a screenshot, include the account reference and visible date range while excluding credentials and unnecessary personal information.

Do not place an unsuitable trade solely because a reminder appeared. Activity monitoring is a planning tool, not a recommendation to trade without a valid setup or increase risk. If your availability no longer fits the programme, clarify the available options with the firm rather than delegating trading to another person or assuming a technical workaround is permitted.

What to do when the displayed state is unclear

First verify that you are reading the correct account and that the dashboard information has refreshed. Compare the trade history with the status shown. Keep the account reference, relevant timestamps and a concise description of the discrepancy.

Contact official support through the channel identified by the firm. Ask whether the account is active, which activity timestamp it recognizes and what deadline applies. Do not interpret a pending ticket as an extension. If an account is already marked breached, ask about the actual supported next step rather than describing restoration as guaranteed.

The payment and identity guide covers a different potential blocker. Being ready for KYC does not demonstrate that the trading account is active, and a current account does not prove that every payout requirement is complete.

Current purchase fees and CFP savings

These $50,000 examples cover all four account models. Regular fees were checked in the official Futures checkout on 10 October 2026, with one account and a blank coupon field. Each row keeps its platform and selected settings explicit.

Account model and platformAccount sizeRegular base fee (USD)CodeOfferSaving if 45% applies (USD)Final base fee if 45% applies (USD)
Standard / Tradovate$50,000$209.00CFPUp to 45%$94.05$114.95
Reserve / Tradovate / DLL on / selected 50% evaluation consistency$50,000$128.00CFPUp to 45%$57.60$70.40
Express Challenge / Tradovate / 40% evaluation consistency$50,000$130.00CFPUp to 45%$58.50$71.50
Direct / Tradovate$50,000$452.00CFPUp to 45%$203.40$248.60

These are maximum-discount calculations, not coupon-tested checkout quotes. At the full 45% rate, savings equal the regular base fee × 0.45 and the final base equals the regular fee × 0.55. A smaller applied rate produces a higher price. Use the regular fee for the exact model, platform and options; do not apply CFP again to an already discounted campaign or assume stacking.

The Reserve row uses the DLL-on and 50% evaluation-consistency settings selected for this comparison. Choosing 40% consistency changes the configured fee through a separate adjustment; the table does not apply CFP to that adjustment. Optional settings and their coupon treatment must be checked separately. A shared nominal balance also does not mean equal loss allowances or payout access across models.

The CFP coupon page contains the offer record. Taxes, currency conversion, optional data, upgrades, resets and reactivations are separate unless the selected order expressly includes them. The official futures introduction describes one-time entry fees without monthly renewal or funded activation charges. No fixed coupon expiry is confirmed.

Keep the purchase saving separate from continued access

The rows describe different rule configurations. A cheaper entry is not proof of a longer inactivity allowance or easier payout conditions. A one-time purchase and the all-account CFP offer do not extend an activity deadline. Standard and Express fixed resets are not reduced by promotional codes; other recovery terms must be checked for the actual account.

  1. Choose the exact Futures programme, platform and options.
  2. Read the stage-specific inactivity and account rules.
  3. Apply CFP and confirm the eligible base reduction and full total.
  4. Save the selected configuration and account agreement.
  5. Set an account-specific review process and revisit it after any stage change.
