Evaluation rules in dollars
| Rule | Value |
|---|---|
| Profit target | $9,000 (9%) |
| Daily loss | $4,000 (4% of initial balance) |
| Maximum loss | $6,000 (6%), trailing on highest closed balance, locks at $100,000 |
| Profitable days | 3 days with ≥ $500 profit each |
| Time limit | None published |
| Consistency | None on Standard |
| News | Allowed in evaluation |
| Target ÷ maximum loss | 1.5 |
The three-profitable-day rule
A profitable day counts only if it closes at least 0.5% ($500) up. A $9,000 target could be hit in one day, but the account cannot pass until three separate $500+ days exist. Plan the evaluation as a minimum of three sessions, with the target spread so that at least three of them clear $500.
Trailing drawdown to the lock
| Highest closed balance | Floor |
|---|---|
| $100,000 | $94,000 |
| $102,000 | $96,000 |
| $104,000 | $98,000 |
| $106,000 | $100,000 (locked) |
| $109,000 (target) | $100,000 |
The floor locks after $6,000 of closed profit, two-thirds of the way to the target. Daily loss stays at $4,000 of initial balance throughout.
Funded rules: Shield, buffer, news
| Funded rule | 1 Step Standard $100K |
|---|---|
| Guardian Shield | Positions closed at $2,000 floating loss; first trigger cuts split to 50% permanently; second breaches |
| Withdrawal buffer | $1,000 must remain above the locked $100,000 floor after a withdrawal |
| News | No opening or closing affected instruments 5 minutes either side of high-impact events; FOMC extra restrictions; affected profits removed |
| Holding | Overnight and weekend allowed |
| EAs | Allowed within rules; two-minute minimum hold (tick-scalping rule) |
The Shield is the binding intraday rule: $2,000 of open loss on a $100K ends the trade and halves the split, even though the daily limit is $4,000.
Payouts and the fourth-payout refund
| Payout rule | Value |
|---|---|
| Cycle | Every 14 days (7-day upgrade available) |
| Split | 85% base |
| Minimum | $100 crypto / $500 Rise |
| Processing | Within 24 business hours |
| Fee refund | $398 regular (or the $298.50 paid) after the fourth payout |
Example: $4,000 of profit at the end of a cycle, balance $104,000 with the floor locked at $100,000. The buffer requires $101,000 to remain, so up to $3,000 can be requested, paying $2,550 at 85%.
