Funded Futures Family changed the Premier+ funded-stage rules for accounts purchased on or after September 9, 2026. New accounts now use a 40% funded consistency rule and lower flat contract limits. Accounts purchased before that date keep their prior terms.
Recorded coupon offer: use code COMPARE for 40% off the first five Premier+ uses, then 30% off. The code changes the purchase charge; it does not remove any trading or payout rule. Confirm the displayed reduction at checkout.

What changed on September 9, 2026
FFF’s dated announcement identifies two changes for new Premier+ purchases:
- A 40% consistency rule now applies during the funded payout cycle.
- Maximum position sizes are lower and remain flat rather than scaling upward with account profit.
The changes are not retroactive. The purchase date determines which rule set governs an account.
| Premier+ purchase date | Funded consistency | Contract structure |
|---|---|---|
| Before September 9, 2026 | Original terms retained | Original 3, 5, 10 or 15-mini limits |
| On or after September 9, 2026 | 40% per payout cycle | Flat 2, 4, 6 or 10-mini limits |

New Premier+ contract limits
FFF publishes the following maximums for Premier+ accounts purchased from the effective date:
| Account size | Maximum minis | Maximum micros |
|---|---|---|
| $25K | 2 | 20 |
| $50K | 4 | 40 |
| $100K | 6 | 60 |
| $150K | 10 | 100 |
These maximums apply in both the evaluation and funded stages. FFF says there is no funded scaling ramp on these newer accounts, so the listed maximum is available from the start and does not rise with profit.
A maximum is not a suggested trade size. Traders still need to size positions against the active drawdown, stop distance, commissions and volatility.
How the 40% funded consistency rule works
At a payout request, the largest profitable trading day cannot exceed 40% of the total profit for the current cycle.
Formula:
largest profitable day ÷ cycle profit × 100
If the largest day is $1,200, the minimum total profit needed to bring that day to 40% is:
$1,200 ÷ 0.40 = $3,000
| Largest profitable day | Total cycle profit needed at 40% |
|---|---|
| $600 | $1,500 |
| $1,000 | $2,500 |
| $1,500 | $3,750 |
| $2,000 | $5,000 |
Exceeding the ratio does not mean the account must immediately fail. It means more total profit is needed before a request can satisfy the rule. The calculation restarts after an approved payout.
What did not change
The official update says these Premier+ features remain:
- Fast Pass has no evaluation consistency rule.
- Standard retains its 50% evaluation consistency rule.
- Traders choose intraday trailing or end-of-day drawdown at purchase.
- There is no separate daily loss limit.
- There is no activation fee.
- There is no separate payout buffer.
- The trader share remains 90/10.
- Payout requests still require five qualifying trading days.
- Per-request limits remain 50% of profit, capped by account size.
Evaluation rules and funded payout rules must be read separately. “No evaluation consistency” on Fast Pass does not mean “no funded consistency” for a new purchase.
Fast Pass versus Standard after the update
| Feature | Premier+ Fast Pass | Premier+ Standard |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum evaluation time | As little as one qualifying day | At least two trading days |
| Evaluation consistency | None | 50% |
| Funded consistency for new purchases | 40% | 40% |
| Drawdown choice | Intraday or EOD | Intraday or EOD |
| Activation fee | None | None |
Fast Pass mainly changes the evaluation route. Once a newer account reaches the funded stage, both paths share the updated funded consistency requirement.
How code COMPARE fits the decision
The recorded Premier+ offer is:
- First five uses: 40% off
- Later uses: 30% off
- Code:
COMPARE
The safe checkout process is:
- Select Premier+ and the intended drawdown option.
- Confirm whether Fast Pass or Standard is selected.
- Enter
COMPARE. - Verify the exact reduction in the order summary.
- Save the purchase date and rule page.
- Do not assume a previous account’s grandfathered terms apply to a new order.
The discount affects purchase cost only. The September 9 rule change still applies to a new account even when the coupon is accepted.
Practical planning example
Suppose a trader buys a new $50K Premier+ account. Its flat maximum is four minis or 40 micros. Later, the funded payout cycle shows:
- Best day: $900
- Total cycle profit: $1,800
- Ratio: $900 ÷ $1,800 = 50%
The account is above the 40% threshold. At unchanged best-day profit, total cycle profit must reach at least $2,250 because $900 ÷ 0.40 = $2,250.
This example illustrates the formula, not a promise of approval. The five qualifying days, profit conditions, drawdown status and payout cap still matter.
Bottom line
The purchase date is the key field for Premier+ accounts. New purchases from September 9, 2026 use a 40% funded consistency rule and lower flat contract limits. Fast Pass remains consistency-free only during the evaluation. Code COMPARE provides the recorded Premier+ reduction, but it does not preserve older rules.
