Velocity funded contract capacity updates after the session as account profit changes. Passing an evaluation does not unlock the headline maximum immediately. COMPARE is PFA’s 80% Velocity base-fee offer, with a separately priced Daily Payout Add-On and no assumed renewal discount.

Coupon summary: COMPARE is listed for 80% off Velocity, 40% off Premier for the first five uses, 30% on later Premier uses and 30% off Prime. Tables show initial monthly payments, not an assumed recurring discount.

Start with the funded tier, not the evaluation maximum
The Velocity scaling policy applies to funded accounts, not evaluations. It updates available quantity after each trading session and can lower as well as raise the allowance.
| Funded profit band | 25K minis | 50K minis | 100K minis | 150K minis |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $0–$999 | 1 | 3 | 4 | 5 |
| $1,000–$1,499 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 |
| $1,500–$1,999 | 2 | 4 | 6 | 7 |
| $2,000–$2,999 | 3 | 5 | 7 | 10 |
| $3,000–$4,499 | 3 maximum | 5 maximum | 10 | 12 |
| $4,500+ | 3 maximum | 5 maximum | 10 maximum | 15 |
The published micro allowance is ten times the mini number. The table uses the official whole-dollar band labels; it does not invent treatment of fractional-dollar boundary cases. Consult the active dashboard before placing the first order of a new session.
A two-session example
Suppose a funded 50K account starts the day with $1,200 in profit and a three-mini allowance. During the session its profit rises to $1,700. The scaling rule does not promise an immediate intraday increase to four minis. The next session’s displayed limit is the relevant operational check after the closing calculation.
Now suppose a later session ends below $1,500. A previously saved four-mini order template may exceed the revised tier. Keep quantity settings tied to the current account state, rather than the largest allowance ever reached.
These are examples of how to apply the timing rule. They are not instructions to trade toward a threshold or to use the largest allowed position.
Scaling and loss protection move on different clocks
The Velocity plan specifications describe intraday trailing drawdown. That can move with unrealized gains even though the contract tier waits for the session-end calculation. There is no contradiction: one controls the loss boundary, the other controls permissible size.
For a 50K funded account, the funded-account overview lists $2,250 maximum drawdown and a five-mini headline ceiling. Neither figure guarantees a fixed $2,250 cushion after every trade or immediate access to five minis.
Keep three checks on the desk
| Check | Value to read | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Current maximum quantity | Active funded tier | Before the session and any account change |
| Current loss floor | Platform’s risk threshold | While positions and equity change |
| Personal planned risk | Intended exit plus execution allowance | Before each new position |
This is an editorial control sheet. A generous contract allowance is a ceiling, not a suggested position. Fewer contracts may still expose an account to an unacceptable loss if the stop is wide or the instrument is volatile.
Withdrawals need a fresh state check
Because the scaling policy refers to simulated profit in the account, review the dashboard after a payout is processed and at the next session update. Do not assume that earning a tier once preserves it permanently. The public material does not establish a universal instant post-withdrawal tier calculation for every processing moment, so the active limit takes priority over a homemade estimate.
Keep the payout cycle separate. The payout requirements impose their own profit and qualification conditions. Contract scaling does not remove those conditions, and the Daily option should not be inferred to waive position limits.
Practical setup for multiple accounts
Use account-specific order templates and label them with program and stage. A passed evaluation and a newly funded account can share a nominal size but different current allowances. If trades are entered separately, reconcile positions account by account. This article does not authorize bots or copying methods that conflict with FFF’s conduct rules.
Purchase fee and coupon scope
The current Velocity page lists these monthly base fees. Only the initial payment is calculated with the supplied 80% rate.
| Plan | Size | Regular price USD | Code | Discount | Savings USD | Final base fee USD |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Velocity initial monthly fee | 25K | 79.00 | COMPARE | 80% | 63.20 | 15.80 |
| Velocity initial monthly fee | 50K | 125.00 | COMPARE | 80% | 100.00 | 25.00 |
| Velocity initial monthly fee | 100K | 225.00 | COMPARE | 80% | 180.00 | 45.00 |
| Velocity initial monthly fee | 150K | 325.00 | COMPARE | 80% | 260.00 | 65.00 |
Monthly renewals, resets and the Daily Payout Add-On require separate budgeting. Do not multiply an already reduced public sale price by another discount.
