A Foraxis reward approval and money reaching its destination are separate events. The rulebook’s fast-approval wording does not establish a guaranteed bank or wallet arrival time. Track the amount approved, the applicable share, the actual account adjustment and the amount received without treating those fields as interchangeable.
Coupon summary: AUDIT is the publisher-verified 30% offer on eligible Foraxis base purchase fees, Verified on 12 October 2026, based on Yash R's confirmation. Official reward rules and the Core fee references below were checked 11 October 2026. No reward transfer or checkout was independently tested for this article.
Start with a request that is actually eligible
The official rulebook describes rewards from realised profit above the initial simulated balance, requires positions to be closed before requesting, and separates approval from method-dependent transfer time. It lists a share of up to 80%. Confirm the purchased account’s actual share and request conditions rather than treating the maximum as universal.
The wording also says a request does not close positions for the trader. Record the platform’s open-position state before submitting. A request-ready spreadsheet cannot establish that an order or position was actually closed in the platform.
Our qualifying-day guide covers a different prerequisite. This article begins with the payment record after those trading checks have been reconciled; it does not recalculate the day threshold or promise approval.
Give each event its own field
Create a private row with account identifier, request reference, submission time, approved amount, approved share, chosen method, transfer reference and received amount. Add a status field that preserves the firm’s actual wording rather than replacing it with a more optimistic label.
The key is evidence. Submission confirmation supports “requested.” A later decision supports “approved” or “declined.” A provider record may support “sent.” A bank statement or wallet transaction confirms what actually arrived. Do not infer a missing event solely from the amount that was expected.
Avoid imposing an invented set of Foraxis dashboard labels. The sequence here is an editorial tracking method. Use the labels the real account displays, while preserving the distinction between a decision and settlement.
A conditional share example
Suppose a request screen explicitly confirms $1,000 as the eligible gross amount and an 80% trader share. Under those assumptions, the share calculation is $800 before any separately applicable transfer deductions. It is not $1,000 merely because the account displayed that much eligible profit.
| Field in the illustrative record | Amount or status |
|---|---|
| Confirmed eligible gross amount | $1,000 |
| Confirmed share for this example | 80% |
| Arithmetic trader share | $800 |
| Actual account adjustment | Record from the real account |
| Actual transfer deductions | Record only if actually charged |
| Amount received | Leave blank until verified |
The table intentionally leaves several fields unresolved. The share calculation does not establish the exact debit from the simulated trading account, the existence of a fee or a received amount. Those should be copied from the actual transaction evidence, not filled in by assumption.
If a statement later shows $800 received, reconcile that against the approved share. If the received amount differs, ask which recorded adjustment explains the difference. Do not immediately attribute it to an invented processor charge.
Keep currency and method differences visible
When the approval and destination use different currencies, record both amounts and their currency codes. A numerically smaller destination balance change may reflect conversion rather than a missing portion of the approved reward. The conversion rate and any actual charge should come from the provider’s transaction record.
For a crypto transfer, use the method, network and transaction reference actually provided by the official workflow. Do not copy a destination from an old unrelated payment or share secret wallet information in a support message. This article does not establish which methods are currently offered to every account.
A method that appeared on an earlier request may not be available for the next one. Treat each selection as an explicit choice and check its displayed terms before confirming. Keep screenshots free of unnecessary personal details when sharing a narrow payment question.
Investigate a delay with timestamps
When a request is unresolved, assemble the submission time, decision time if any, latest status and any transfer reference. State the timezone. This avoids a conversation in which “yesterday” means different intervals to the trader and support team.
A support acknowledgement does not complete a transfer. Keep the case reference with the reward row and update the record only when new evidence arrives. Do not create duplicate requests solely because a private tracker has not changed.
The fast-approval description should not become an assumption that money must have arrived within the same interval. Ask about the stage that is actually pending. A request still awaiting review requires a different question from one shown as sent but absent from the destination.
Reconcile the trading account after processing
Once the reward is resolved, record the actual account balance and any corresponding adjustment. Compare it with the amount recorded in the request and retain the explanation for differences. Do this before reusing an earlier risk worksheet.
Our Core fixed-floor guide explains the separate post-withdrawal cushion calculation. Receipt evidence and retained trading room are different views of the same event; neither should be inferred from the other.
Current Core fees with AUDIT
The official rulebook’s completed 11 October check showed these regular 1-Step Core USD fees. The calculations apply the verified 30% offer once to an eligible base purchase, without stacking or assumed reductions on separate charges.
| Plan | Size | Regular price | Code | Discount | Savings | Conditional final base fee |

- Save the receipt separately from future reward records.
The coupon terms and Foraxis review provide broader context. PFA may earn affiliate commission. Accounts are simulated, fees can be lost, and neither an advertised share nor a purchase discount guarantees an approved reward or its arrival.
