Flex $50K$75.25$1,500$50.17
Rapid Pro $50K$149.99$2,000$75.00

Challenge difficulty

MetricFlexRapid Pro
Target ÷ MLL1.671.50
Biggest useful day$1,000Unlimited
One-day pass possibleNo (40% rule)Yes

Rapid Pro has the easier arithmetic and can be passed in a single session. Flex needs at least three days of profit to keep every day under 40% of $2,500.

Consistency: where the 40% rule sits

  • Flex: 40% during the challenge only. Once funded, no consistency rule, so one large day does not delay a reward.
  • Rapid Pro: none during the challenge, 40% in every funded reward cycle. A $1,500 best day on $3,000 of cycle profit (50%) blocks the reward until cycle profit reaches $3,750.

Traders who find consistency easy to manage before funding but hard afterwards (because funded sizing is larger) usually prefer Flex; traders who want the fastest possible pass prefer Rapid Pro.

Five rewards at cap$7,500 gross, $7,125 received$6,000 gross, $5,400 received

Over the full five-reward life of the account, Flex can return up to $1,725 more than Rapid Pro at the caps.

Drawdown behaviour

Both use EOD trailing MLL that locks at $50,100 and is reset to that lock after the first reward. The difference is room: Rapid Pro starts with $2,000 and Flex with $1,500, but Rapid Pro's 4-mini limit at full size gives the same 10-point ES cushion as Flex's 3 minis. Neither has a daily loss limit by default.
