GOAT Standard Funded Margin Shift + Coupon Code AUDIT

Verified code: AUDIT gives 50% off all GOAT Funded Trader accounts. Verified on 12 October 2026, based on Yash R’s confirmation.

GOAT Funded Trader 2-Step Standard reduces Forex leverage from 1:100 in evaluation to 1:50 when funded; indices and commodities move from 1:20 to 1:10. The same exposure can therefore require twice the margin after passing. PFA lists AUDIT for 50% off Forex/CFD base purchases. Coupon verified on 12 October 2026.

Official sources checked 5 October 2026. This is a margin-transition guide, separate from the 1-Step daily-reset explanation and GOAT Funded Futures.

Margin and risk answer different questions

The official Standard model guide distinguishes evaluation and funded leverage. Margin is the collateral required to carry exposure; it is not the amount a trade is allowed to lose. Reducing leverage does not automatically halve profit or loss for an unchanged position.

For a simplified instrument priced in the same currency as the account, required margin equals notional exposure divided by leverage. Real platform calculations may also involve currency conversion, contract specifications and instrument-specific conditions. Use the symbol specification for actual orders.

A controlled margin example

Assume a hypothetical Forex exposure worth $100,000 in account-currency terms. At 1:100, simplified required margin is $1,000. At 1:50, it becomes $2,000. If price changes by 0.5%, the same $100,000 exposure changes value by approximately $500 before costs in either leverage setting.

Hypothetical exposureLeverageSimplified marginValue change at 0.5%
$50,0001:100$500$250
$50,0001:50$1,000$250
$100,0001:100$1,000$500
$100,0001:50$2,000$500

The table isolates leverage. It is not a lot-size recommendation or a quoted platform requirement for a particular currency pair. A trader should determine acceptable loss first, then test whether the position also fits available margin and firm limits.

Why a copied evaluation setup can stop working

An order preset may still contain the same volume after the account stage changes. That volume can need more free margin than before, potentially preventing additional entries or reducing flexibility when several positions are open. An order being accepted also does not prove the combined exposure is prudent.

Before the first funded session, record leverage by instrument class, contract size, account currency, current equity and total used margin. Recalculate any volume presets or spreadsheets using the funded values. Confirm the platform's displayed requirement with a practice calculation rather than relying on a screenshot from evaluation.

If several positions share the same directional driver, analyze them together. A second currency pair can add correlated risk even if its margin requirement looks modest. A position-size method based only on free margin misses that relationship.

What else changes at the handover?

Standard uses two evaluation targets, 10% and 5%, and a 10% static overall loss rule. For current purchases from 25 July 2026, the funded stage requires four qualifying days earning at least 0.5% each before a payout. The model page also introduces funded GOAT Guard. Those conditions should be reviewed alongside leverage rather than discovered only when requesting a reward.

Use a new funded checklist with the issued agreement, current risk controls and reward eligibility. The PFA payout guide provides context, but official current terms take priority where an older guide differs. Passing is evidence of completing an evaluation, not permission to ignore the new stage's controls.

The AUDIT purchase offer and pricing gap

The active GOAT CFD coupon record lists a 50% base-fee discount. The official public selector exposed multiple model choices and a price without a sufficiently reliable selected-model mapping in the retrieved text. This guide therefore does not attribute that figure to 2-Step Standard.

Code: AUDIT

Do not confuse Standard with the retired 2-Step Pro. The official Pro page says new Pro sales stopped on 13 June 2026. A historical rule page remaining online does not make that product available for a new coupon purchase.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

No. In the simplified example, unchanged exposure has the same price sensitivity; lower leverage increases required margin.
