Solana Funded's free trial advertises $100,000 of virtual capital, no payment card and no charge. It is a place to assess platform workflow before paying for an official evaluation. A strong trial result is not a funded approval, a withdrawable balance or proof that the same approach will work under the selected paid challenge's rules.
Verified code: COMPARE, 35% off eligible Memes base-challenge fees. Verified on 12 October 2026. The trial itself is already free; a coupon is relevant only if you later choose an eligible paid purchase.
Decide what the trial should establish
The official free-trial page presents a no-cost simulation without a time limit and says a dashboard performance notification provides next steps into an official evaluation. It displays terminal, portfolio and performance-analysis features. Some trial FAQ answers are generic, so this article does not infer an unlimited number of parallel trials or a special graduation entitlement.
A useful trial has a short learning objective. Can you locate the active account, recognize a pending order, understand how a position is closed, and reconcile displayed performance with the trade history? Those are observable workflow questions. “Can I make a large profit?” is a much weaker test because a small sample can be dominated by luck and market conditions.
Before practice begins, choose what evidence would count as completing the objective. For example, a reconciled sample session and a list of unresolved platform questions are more informative than a single screenshot showing a high balance.
Keep a separate paid-program rule sheet
The official challenge comparison distinguishes Standard and Elite, and one-step and two-step routes. It lists different targets, position limits and drawdown allowances. Do not assume that the trial's large virtual balance or interface supplies the terms of the paid product you intend to buy.
Record the exact intended challenge name, account size, phase, profit objective, loss controls, permitted positions and required trading days. Add the date and source of each value. If the homepage, documentation and selected order disagree, leave that field unresolved until the firm clarifies it.
| Trial review item | Evidence to retain | Purchase-readiness question |
|---|---|---|
| Order handling | Submission, fill and cancellation states | Can I distinguish an instruction from an execution? |
| Position control | Quantity before and after a reduction | Can I explain what remains open? |
| Performance | Trading history and displayed net result | Can I reconcile the account figures? |
| Rule awareness | Exact intended paid-program sheet | Have I identified material differences? |
| Support questions | Written answers to specific gaps | Is anything important still uncertain? |
This is an editorial checklist, not the firm's passing rubric. Completing it does not grant an evaluation pass or a reward.
Normalize dollar results before comparing balances
A $100,000 practice balance can make dollar results look impressive even when the relative move is modest. Suppose a hypothetical session earns $2,000 before costs and another loses $1,500. Those amounts are 2% and 1.5% of the starting practice balance.
On a purely arithmetic $5,000 comparison base, the same percentages would be $100 and $75. This is normalization for analysis, not a claim that the platform automatically resizes positions or that real fills scale proportionally.
| Hypothetical result | On $100,000 practice base | Percentage of starting base | Same percentage of $5,000 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Positive session | $2,000 | 2.0% | $100 |
| Negative session | -$1,500 | -1.5% | -$75 |
| Combined price result | $500 | 0.5% | $25 |
A comparison based only on the $2,000 winner hides the following loss. Review the complete sample, including costs and losing sessions. Keep a record of maximum adverse movement and open exposure as well as the closing balance, because an ending profit does not reveal everything that happened along the way.
Write down mistakes as well as outcomes
A practice session can be useful even when its financial result is negative. Suppose you intended to close half a position but closed all of it. The learning item is the mismatch between intended and actual quantity. A positive price move afterward does not turn the operational mistake into a successful workflow test.
Similarly, a profitable session with an unexplained open order is unfinished from a reconciliation perspective. Mark the order state, identify what the interface shows and resolve it before treating the session as understood. Do not submit another order merely to see whether the first one worked.
Use a short end-of-session record: intended actions, actual executions, remaining positions, pending orders, gross result, charges, net result and one or two questions. Keep the original history intact. This is more useful than writing a retrospective story that selects only favorable trades.
Practice does not certify a strategy or a token
The Solana Funded terms describe simulated services and separate funded-account conditions. They also restrict unauthorized automation, manipulation and other prohibited behavior. A feature appearing in an interface does not remove those restrictions.
Avoid treating successful practice executions as proof that a token is safe, liquid enough for a different size or available under every paid-account condition. The present guide focuses on readiness and recordkeeping; our token-liquidity guide covers a separate constraint.
A small practice sample also cannot establish a reliable passing probability. Repeatedly changing a strategy after seeing its results can make the journal look better without making the future more predictable. Keep the intended method and deviations visible, and distinguish a documented observation from a performance forecast.
What the coupon changes when you choose to buy
The official Memes cards show a $2,500 1-Step Standard base of $88 and a $5,000 base of $148. The current starter selector separately displays a 30% promotion on $88. The calculations below apply COMPARE's 35% once to the plan-specific regular base.
| Plan | Account size | Regular price (USD) | Coupon code | Discount | Savings (USD) | Final base price after discount (USD) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Memes 1-Step Standard | $2,500 | $88.00 | COMPARE | 35% | $30.80 | $57.20 |
| Memes 1-Step Standard | $5,000 | $148.00 | COMPARE | 35% | $51.80 | $96.20 |
For the first row, $88 × 0.65 = $57.20. Applying another 35% to the separately promoted $61.60 display would be a different, unsupported stacking calculation. Match the selected card with the complete order summary before relying on a price.
These examples do not establish coupon coverage for the separate Predictions selector, funded resets or paid reward upgrades. The current coupon terms preserve those distinctions. Read the refund conditions before buying; practice participation does not create a special right to cancel a later challenge.
A measured transition from practice
When the workflow is understood, review the intended paid-program rule sheet again. Resolve gaps, decide whether the purchase fee is affordable to lose, and keep any optional services visible in the total. There is no need to turn a successful practice session into an immediate purchase.
If you choose to proceed, select Memes and the exact route, tier and size, enter COMPARE, and verify the accepted 35% reduction before payment. Retain the receipt and issued terms. Read the Solana Funded review and crypto prop-firm comparison for broader context.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
No. The official trial page advertises no charge and no payment card. COMPARE concerns eligible paid challenge purchases.
No funded entitlement is established. The trial page describes a dashboard notification and next steps into an official evaluation; funding remains subject to the applicable conditions.
Percentage normalization is more informative when starting balances differ, but it does not prove execution or results scale proportionally.
A 35% reduction saves $30.80 and gives a conditional $57.20 base fee, without stacking another promotion.
