Sure Leverage News Trade Checks + Discount Code AUDIT

Sure Leverage’s 1-Step news permission changes at the funded stage: its current help permits evaluation news trading but prohibits funded openings and closures within five minutes either side of a red-news event. Check the exact model and stage before carrying an evaluation routine into a funded account.

Verified code: AUDIT carries the listed 42% purchase-fee reduction plus a separately stated 10% extra payout-split benefit. See current PFA coupon record for offer terms. Official rules checked: 10 October 2026. Neither promotional benefit waives a news restriction.

Verified on 12 October 2026. Verified code: AUDIT.

Make a model-and-stage rule sheet

The 1-Step help article expressly distinguishes evaluation from funded trading. It says profits from funded trades that violate the news window are deducted at payout. An evaluation result therefore cannot establish that the same timing will produce eligible funded profit.

The retired 2-Step guide labels its subsequent conduct section as funded-only and states the five-minute restriction, effective September 29. That reference is for legacy accounts governed by those terms, not evidence of a currently purchasable 2-Step product. The Instant Static guide also lists a five-minute news restriction. Do not extend an evaluation exception to an Instant account.

Record the exact purchased terms if an older order or a separately offered option appears to differ. No blanket grandfathering or news add-on permission is established by these sources for every account. Resolve an exception before relying on it.

Build the event window from one timezone

For an illustrative release scheduled at 13:30 UTC, the five-minute interval runs from 13:25 to 13:35 UTC. Record the event, affected instruments, the calendar’s timezone and the platform’s timestamp convention.

A local screenshot without its timezone can make a compliant-looking journal inaccurate. Convert times consistently and keep the original values as well as the converted ones. Daylight-saving changes are another reason to avoid a permanent hand-written offset when a calendar uses a named local timezone.

Do not treat the exact endpoint as a guaranteed safe second. The short public description does not resolve every inclusive-boundary or timestamp-precision question. Leave operational room around the published interval and ask about the account-specific interpretation when it matters.

Inspect executions, including automatic exits

A pending order placed before an event can execute during the restricted interval. Likewise, an existing position’s take-profit or another closing instruction may execute inside it. The relevant record is the actual execution time, not simply when the original instruction was submitted.

Hypothetical event at 13:30 UTCExecution recordReview question
Entry instruction sent at 13:20Entry filled at 13:27The execution occurred within the window
Position opened at 12:50Exit filled at 13:32The closing execution occurred within the window
Position opened at 12:50Still open at 13:36Obtain the exact holding-through interpretation; do not invent it
Intended cancellation at 13:24Cancellation not confirmedAn intention is not proof the order could no longer fill

This is an editorial review method rather than a list of independently approved trades. It also is not advice to remove protective stops. Protective risk management and news compliance need a coherent plan before the event, not a rushed change after volatility begins.

Reconcile adjusted profit rather than rewriting trade history

Keep the original execution history intact. Add a review column for a potentially affected trade and a separate column for the firm’s actual adjustment. The current sources describe profit deductions; a profitable terminal trade should not automatically be counted as approved payout profit.

Suppose a hypothetical cycle shows $2,000 before review and a $300 winning trade is removed under the applicable rule. The provisional adjusted amount is $1,700. That arithmetic does not establish the eventual reward, because consistency, limits, split and other conditions still require review.

Avoid subtracting the same trade’s profit twice if it is flagged for both news timing and another conduct issue in a private worksheet. Match unique trade identifiers to the actual account entries and ask about an unexplained adjustment. Do not delete losing trades or count an unapproved exception as settled.

An open account is not final approval

The general rules explain that some conduct is examined during manual review or at payout. A trade being accepted by the platform is therefore weaker evidence than a confirmed interpretation under the account agreement.

If a review question arises, retain the account stage, symbol, event reference, execution timestamps and result. Ask which rule applies to those facts. Keep unrelated personal information and credentials out of the report.

The EA-to-funded guide covers a different handover restriction. News timing should have its own check even when the trading method is otherwise permitted.

Keep the fee calculation conditional

A readable current numeric quote was not available from the public selector during this check. Use the exact eligible regular fee B supplied for the intended order, rather than labeling an older reference price current.

The separate extra-split benefit is not another ten percentage points off the purchase price. Confirm its actual application and any interaction with other share provisions. BNPL and separate products must not inherit this formula without established coverage; extras, tax and payment costs remain separate.

  1. Open the official Sure Leverage website and choose the complete model, size and platform.
  2. Review the exact news rule for evaluation and funded stages, including any issued exception.
  3. Enter AUDIT and confirm the accepted 42% fee reduction and separate documented split benefit.
  4. Check the full total and agreement, then retain the purchase record.
