Verified code: AUDIT.
AUDIT is verified for a 10% The5ers CFD entry-fee discount. For example, the current High Stakes New $10K regular fee is $69, giving a calculated $62.10 after the code. Before buying an account for a trading robot or copier, check three things: source-code ownership, a visible stop-loss and whether every account in the setup is permitted to use the same strategy.
Verified on 12 October 2026. Verified code: AUDIT.
The5ers allows EAs within its rules and permits copying your own trades, but its published policy requires the trader to own the EA source code. It also says multiple Bootcamp accounts must trade different strategies. A commercial robot license or a same-owner account list alone does not settle those questions.
Official policies and price selector checked: 4 October 2026. This article concerns Forex/CFD accounts. The5ers Futures uses a separate platform and copying policy. PFA's CFD coupon terms list no confirmed fixed expiry.
Separate software permission from strategy permission
The official EA FAQ says the trader must own the EA source code and that stop-loss orders must be visible on the platform. It prohibits specified practices including copying another person's signals, tick scalping, high-frequency activity and several arbitrage methods.
Those are multiple conditions, not a single yes/no “EAs allowed” flag. A robot can run correctly on MT5 yet be unsuitable for this program because of what it does or how its code is licensed.
What to establish before purchasing
| Setup question | Evidence to keep | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Do I own the source code? | Relevant development or ownership terms, and access to the code | A compiled executable by itself does not establish ownership |
| Is the stop visible? | Platform order record showing the actual stop-loss | A robot's internal exit threshold can disappear when it disconnects |
| Where do signals originate? | Your own documented strategy and configuration | Self-directed automation differs from following another trader |
| Who owns each account? | Account identifiers and ownership records | A copier's functionality does not expand permitted recipients |
| What programs are involved? | Exact program names and current rules | Bootcamp carries a different-strategy exception |
This is a practical evidence checklist, not an official approval form. If ownership terms are ambiguous, ask the firm about the exact setup before paying or deploying it. Do not send passwords, API secrets or unnecessary source-code material in a general support message.
A robot license is not automatically source-code ownership
Consider three hypothetical situations:
- A trader writes and owns a strategy's source code. That addresses the ownership condition, but execution behavior and every other account rule still need review.
- A trader buys a compiled robot with a license to run it. That license may not include source ownership. A receipt alone is insufficient to establish that the published requirement is met.
- A developer creates a custom robot under an agreement. The trader should check who owns the deliverable and underlying code; “custom-made” does not explain the ownership terms by itself.
These examples explain the question to resolve rather than giving legal advice about a particular license. If the firm offers an exception or clarification, retain its written answer alongside the applicable program terms.
Visible stops and dependable execution
The policy excludes a hidden or stealth stop. A program that watches price internally and sends a close order when a threshold is reached has a different failure mode from a stop recorded on the trading platform. An internet outage, stopped process or unavailable VPS can prevent the internal exit from being sent.
Before using automation, inspect whether the stop actually appears on the relevant order and whether modifications are acknowledged. Test disconnection handling in an appropriate practice environment, not by risking a purchased evaluation. A visible stop also does not guarantee its execution price during gaps or fast markets, so the strategy still needs room for slippage and costs.
Avoid treating this as a way to use the firm's maximum loss as the stop size. A strategy's ordinary per-trade exposure should be chosen independently of the largest loss the account can tolerate.
Self-copying has a Bootcamp exception
The own-trades FAQ permits copying your own trades across your accounts, then expressly states that multiple Bootcamp accounts require different strategies. That exception should be checked before building a synchronized group of Bootcamp accounts.
A simple decision process is:
- Identify the source of the trading idea. If it is another trader's signals, same ownership of the receiving accounts does not solve the source problem.
- List the owner and program of every connected account.
- If multiple Bootcamp accounts are involved, resolve the different-strategy requirement before using an identical copier setup.
- Check each program's account-count limits separately.
- Confirm any mixed-program or unclear arrangement with the firm, describing the actual flow rather than asking only whether “copy trading” is allowed.
Owning the accounts also does not waive their individual drawdown, news or inactivity rules. A single source order can reach followers at different prices, causing different equity outcomes.
Conduct rules apply during evaluation and funding
The prohibited-practices policy covers both stages. It addresses third-party EAs that produce identical trades across users, coordinated trading, account-management services, news bracketing and excessive automated server requests, among other practices.
The page also restricts artificially distributing profit across days without proportionally distributing market risk. Do not design an EA solely to manufacture qualifying days. Record why trades exist, how exposure is controlled and whether behavior remains consistent when moving between evaluation and funded stages.
For High Stakes, the selected program has its own high-impact-news execution window. An EA needs to respect that window just as a manual trader would. The current High Stakes page identifies MT5 Hedge, the relevant targets, profitable-day definition and trading restrictions. Read the selected size's parameters rather than relying on a generic program summary.
Entry-cost examples after checking compatibility
The following High Stakes New fees were checked by selecting each size in the official public table. They are USD base entry fees. These examples are not a recommendation to buy multiple accounts or a statement that any particular EA has been approved.
| CFD plan | Size | Regular price | Code | Discount | Savings | Calculated final price |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| High Stakes New | $5,000 | $35.00 | AUDIT | 10% | $3.50 | $31.50 |
| High Stakes New | $10,000 | $69.00 | AUDIT | 10% | $6.90 | $62.10 |
| High Stakes New | $25,000 | $176.00 | AUDIT | 10% | $17.60 | $158.40 |
Final fee = regular price × 0.90. Software licenses, VPS charges, tax, payment conversion and other separate items are not included. The offer does not grant new software permissions. Bootcamp's initial and later funded-stage payments are a separate pricing structure, covered in the PFA Bootcamp cost guide.

The EA FAQ says the stop-loss must be visible on the trading platform and disallows stealth-mode stops.
The own-trades FAQ says multiple Bootcamp accounts must use different strategies. Resolve that exception before configuring an identical copy group.
No. Execution behavior, signal source, account limits, news restrictions and the prohibited-practices policy still apply.
