Top One Futures News Orders + Discount Code COMPARE

On Top One’s funded Elite Daily, Elite ACCESS and Elite ACCESS Intraday accounts, the news restriction covers exits and order modifications as well as entries. A trade opened earlier can still violate the rule if it closes automatically inside the restricted window. Build the check around every possible order action.

Verified code: COMPARE gives 55% off eligible Top One Futures base fees. Other public promotions may be cheaper; activation and renewal discounts are not assumed.

Match the rule to the funded product

The general news policy directs those three funded products to specific rules. It describes other account types separately. Do not extend a funded exception to the entire catalog or assume evaluation permission continues after passing.

For funded Elite Daily, the window runs from two minutes before to two minutes after a major high-impact event. Opening, closing, placing pending/stop/limit orders and changing a stop or target are covered. Holding an earlier position is allowed, but a close by any means inside the window is a violation.

The Elite ACCESS rule explicitly includes manual and automatic closures. The ACCESS Intraday guide applies the corresponding restriction to that funded variant. Read the page matching the exact account label.

Inventory what can execute without another click

Before a high-impact release, review the position and every linked instruction. The list can include a stop loss, take profit, pending entry, bracket child order, trailing feature or trade-copier instruction. A quiet mouse does not establish that no execution can occur.

ItemQuestion before the window
Existing positionCould it close during the restricted period?
Protective stopIs it a server-side working order?
Profit targetCould a price spike trigger it?
Pending entryIs it still active after a position was closed?
Copier or management toolCan it send an amendment or exit?

This checklist does not recommend removing a protective stop while keeping a risky position open. A trader who cannot safely hold a position through the restriction should plan any exit before the window starts, with adequate execution time. Avoid waiting until the boundary and assuming a submitted order is already filled.

Use execution time, not the time you intended to act

For illustration, suppose the official calendar shows a qualifying event at 10:00 in the calendar's displayed time zone. The published four-minute interval surrounds that release. Confirm the platform's clock and the calendar's zone before mapping it to the trading record.

A button pressed before the interval can produce a later execution; a disconnected chart can also display stale order state. Retain the exchange/platform timestamp, order status and actual fill. Do not round a timestamp to make a disputed action appear outside the window.

Check the current event classification rather than relying on a recurring reminder alone. A rescheduled release or unscheduled high-impact statement may change the relevant context. If the firm’s calendar and the platform disagree, ask for clarification before taking exposure that depends on a precise boundary.

A violation review is different from an automatic hard breach

The product-specific guides describe possible profit removal, payout denial and account review. They do not describe every isolated news violation as an automatic hard breach, although repeated or abusive conduct can draw further action. That distinction is useful when reading an account notice; it is not permission to tolerate avoidable violations.

If an incident occurs, preserve the original records and explain the actual sequence. Include the account type, stage, event, platform time zone and order IDs. Do not promise an appeal outcome or treat the lack of immediate account closure as proof that a payout remains eligible.

Check the transition before the first funded session

After passing, compare the new account's news rules with the evaluation checklist. Update calendar alerts and order-management assumptions. A strategy that routinely exits around releases may need a different operating schedule even when its evaluation was compliant.

The purchase decision should account for that funded workflow. A lower entry fee does not make an incompatible event-driven strategy compatible with the later account rules.

Entry price and verified code

See the current PFA coupon terms. COMPARE is the 55% eligible-base offer. Public Elite Daily promotions may be cheaper. The homepage’s one-time-fee wording conflicts with subscription help; verify the actual order’s billing terms. No activation, reset or renewal reduction is assumed.

Before paying

Select the exact plan, size, platform and risk options on the official site. Enter COMPARE before payment and compare the accepted reduction with the correct row. If the order differs, ask the firm to explain that configuration before buying. Keep the receipt and the rules issued for the account. A discounted fee does not change qualification or withdrawal conditions.

For the specified funded products, the rules include closing by any means. An earlier entry does not exempt an automatic exit inside the window.
