Traders Launch 60-Day Deadline and Weekly Activity Rule

Verified on 12 October 2026.

Traders Launch futures evaluations currently have a 60-day maximum pass period, require at least one trade per week, and cannot be completed in fewer than three trading days. A trader must satisfy all three timing rules as well as the profit, consistency and drawdown conditions.

Approved offer: enter code COMPARE for 30% off participating Traders Launch futures purchases. Confirm the reduced total before payment.

How the 60-day deadline works

The evaluation must be completed within the published 60-day window. Reaching the target after the deadline is not the same as passing within the window.

A planning calendar should mark:

  • Purchase or activation date.
  • Day one of trading.
  • Weekly activity checkpoints.
  • Three distinct trading days.
  • Latest safe date to finish.
  • Review time before the deadline.

Waiting until day 60 leaves no room for a dashboard review, platform outage or consistency correction.

The one-trade-per-week rule

Traders Launch states that an evaluation needs at least one trade each week. The safest interpretation is to create activity well before the end of each weekly period rather than trying to place a token order at the last minute.

The trade still needs to follow:

  • Permitted products.
  • Position limits.
  • Hedging restrictions.
  • Drawdown rules.
  • Anti-HFT conditions.
  • Valid market hours.

A minimal trade placed only for activity can still create loss or rule risk.

Minimum three trading days

Even if the profit target is reached quickly, the evaluation requires three trading days. A trading day should contain genuine activity under the program rules.

The three-day minimum and 40% consistency rule interact. If the first day produces too much of the total profit, the trader may need additional profit on later days.

Example:

  • Best day: $1,000
  • Total profit: $2,000
  • Consistency: 50%

To reach 40%:

$1,000 ÷ 0.40 = $2,500 total profit

The trader needs at least $500 more total profit while protecting the EOD drawdown.

EOD drawdown during the deadline

Traders Launch publishes an end-of-day drawdown with no intraday trailing. The floor moves from end-of-day results and locks at the starting balance.

A longer evaluation does not create additional loss room. Traders should record:

  1. Current balance.
  2. Active EOD drawdown floor.
  3. Distance to the floor.
  4. Best-day profit.
  5. Total profit.
  6. Days remaining.
  7. Weekly activity status.

Time pressure often causes traders to increase size when the safer response is to reduce risk or accept that the account may not pass.

Hedging and rapid-trade restrictions

The official rules prohibit same-instrument, correlated-instrument and coordinated cross-trader hedging. Reasonable scaling and averaging can be allowed, but excessive martingale-style behavior can trigger review.

Scalping trades held for five to 30 seconds are allowed. HFT-style activity is not. The page states that accounts may be paused for review when more than 10% of trades open and fully close within two seconds.

A weekly-activity trade should not be engineered as an unrealistic near-instant fill simply to satisfy the calendar.

Funded stage is different

After passing and review, funded accounts publish:

  • Payout access once profit is above +1%.
  • Same-day processing under the program rules.
  • No funded consistency rule.
  • No activation or ongoing funded fee.
  • A cumulative payout pause at $100,000 for scaling consideration.

The evaluation deadline does not mean there is a 60-day funded-account payout deadline. Keep the two stages separate.

Apply COMPARE correctly

  1. Select the Traders Launch futures account.
  2. Review the 60-day and weekly requirements.
  3. Enter COMPARE.
  4. Confirm 30% off in the checkout summary.
  5. Save the activation date.
  6. Add weekly activity reminders.
  7. Track the three-day and 40% rules separately.

The discount reduces purchase cost. It does not extend the 60-day window or waive a missed activity week.

A simple evaluation calendar

PeriodPrimary objective
Week 1Establish controlled activity; do not force the target
Weeks 2–4Build profit while keeping the best day within range
Weeks 5–7Protect drawdown and correct consistency if needed
Final daysLeave time for completion review; avoid deadline gambling

The exact trading pace should follow the trader’s strategy rather than this illustrative schedule.

Bottom line

Traders Launch requires three trading days, weekly activity and completion within 60 days. These timing rules work alongside the 40% best-day condition and EOD drawdown. Code COMPARE provides 30% off participating futures purchases without altering the rules.
