Alpha Capital Review
Alpha Capital Review 2026: Complete Rules, Drawdown and Payout Guide
Alpha Capital Group is a UK trader-evaluation business with a deliberately modular program lineup. The Pro program lets traders choose how much static loss room they want; a lower target usually comes with a tighter maximum drawdown.
Audit basis: Current official public rules checked 27 August 2026. This is an independent document review. Prop Firm Audit did not purchase this account, test execution or submit a payout. Marketing totals and testimonials are not treated as independently verified evidence.

How the Program Works
The trader completes the selected simulated assessment, passes identity and performance review, and moves to a Qualified Analyst account. 'Qualified' does not mean an investor deposit or automatic live capital; it is the stage from which eligible simulated performance can generate a fee.
Drawdown Rules
The main Alpha programs use static maximum-loss floors tied to starting balance. Daily loss is recalculated under the model's balance/equity method and includes open P&L. The Pro 6 option lowers both target and loss room, so it is not automatically easier than Pro 10. Alpha also publishes minimum trade-duration and cooling-off/risk conduct rules that can affect high-frequency styles.
Payout and Profit-Split Rules
Published programs pay up to an 80% performance fee. First and later request timing, minimum profit and consistency conditions depend on the chosen account. Evaluation fee-return terms should be verified in the current policy rather than assumed from older reviews.
Trading Permissions and Prohibited Conduct
Weekend holding is a defining feature of Alpha Swing and Alpha Three; other products can differ. News trading, EAs and copied execution are subject to the platform and prohibited-strategy policy. Tick scalping, latency arbitrage, cross-firm copying and attempts to bypass risk rules can invalidate results.
Platforms and Trading Conditions
Alpha Capital supports several platforms subject to region. Forex leverage can be higher than metals, indices and oil. A trader should calculate lots from the chosen 3%–5% daily allowance, not from the nominal account balance.
Advantages
- Multiple static-drawdown choices.
- Established UK operation and detailed current rule guide.
- Swing-specific product for weekend holders.
- Three-step option with smaller later targets.
- Clear minimum-day requirements.
Disadvantages and Important Risks
- Lower targets come with tighter loss room.
- Performance split is lower than some 90% headline competitors.
- Trade-duration and conduct rules matter to scalpers.
- Platform availability varies by country.
- Qualified accounts remain subject to review.
Trust Review
Alpha Capital publishes a current 2026 rules guide and clear UK identity. Its documentation and operating record support a strong editorial score. This does not make its simulated assessments a regulated client-money product.
Public documentation improves transparency but cannot guarantee a payout. The exact account agreement, KYC result, country eligibility and platform records control each decision.
Best For
Best for traders who prefer static drawdown and want to choose between lower targets or wider loss room. Swing traders should compare Alpha Swing first.
Final Verdict
Alpha Capital's Pro menu is a useful risk-design choice. Pro 8 is the most balanced; Pro 6 looks easier by target but gives much less space.
Always confirm the live rule table and preserve the terms attached to the purchase.
