Quick answer: Hantec Trader review

Hantec Trader is a simulated Forex/CFD evaluation provider powered by Hantec Markets Mauritius. Express has one 10% target and a 6% balance-trailing loss limit; Enhanced has 10% then 5% targets and a separately documented static loss model. Endurance and Instant have different rules. The current catalog also adds Instant Lite and the time-limited Instant24 product, so the original Instant terms do not describe every direct-access account. The documented main challenge models start at an 80% reward share, with paid options up to 95%. No site-specific coupon is supplied. Broker-group backing supports traceability but does not guarantee challenge rewards or turn simulated balances into protected client deposits.

Hantec Trader Review 2026: Programs, Rules, Drawdown and Payouts

Hantec Trader is the simulated prop-program arm powered by Hantec Markets Mauritius. The broker-group relationship is an operational advantage, but the evaluation service remains a separate simulated program. Its main evaluation and direct-access models use distinct drawdown calculations, and the current catalog includes additional Lite and short-duration variants.

Editorial disclosure: Prop Firm Audit reviewed the official sources refreshed on 3 October 2026. This is a document-based review, not a purchased-account, execution-quality or first-hand payout test. Firm-hosted payout claims and testimonials are identified as company claims, not independent proof.

Evaluation and Funded-Stage Process

Challenge traders pass the selected phase or phases and can choose either a same-size Hantec Trader Account or a free attempt at the next challenge size through the scaling path. Instant traders enter the funded-simulation stage immediately. All accounts remain subject to a 30-day activity rule.

Drawdown Calculation and Breach Risk

Express and Instant use trailing loss floors that follow closed-balance growth until locking at the starting balance. Enhanced fixes the overall floor 10% below starting balance, and Endurance fixes it 8% below. Daily loss is recalculated at 00:00 server time from the higher of balance or equity. On the funded stage, combined floating open loss must stay below 3% of starting balance on the reviewed main models.

Payout Rules

The default share is 80%, the standard first reward date is 14 days after the first trade, and the minimum request is $20. Optional terms can raise the split to 95%, shorten the cycle to seven days or allow a first payout on demand. On Express, Enhanced and Instant, the first withdrawal can lock the maximum-loss floor at starting balance, so withdrawing too much can leave almost no buffer.

News, Weekend Holding, EAs and Copy Trading

Challenges allow news and weekend holding. Funded accounts prohibit opening or closing within three minutes before or after red-folder news unless the news add-on applies. Express, Enhanced and Endurance permit compliant EAs; the standard Instant Funding program does not. Weekend holding is not allowed on Instant unless the applicable option changes it.

Platforms, Leverage and Instruments

Hantec Trader uses MT4 and MT5 with pricing and infrastructure powered by Hantec Markets Mauritius. Published leverage varies by asset, with Forex higher than crypto. Broker backing does not make the simulated evaluation itself a regulated client-money product.

What We Like

  • Backed operationally by an established broker group.
  • Several differentiated evaluation and instant funding paths.
  • Exact official help articles with worked drawdown examples.
  • Low $20 minimum reward request on reviewed models.
  • MT4 and MT5 availability.

What Traders Must Watch

  • Funded-stage 3% maximum open-risk rule is easy to overlook.
  • Express and Instant drawdown trail.
  • News restrictions tighten after passing.
  • EAs are prohibited on standard Instant Funding.
  • Add-ons materially change headline terms.

Trust and Business-Model Review

The Hantec Group launched Hantec Trader in 2024, and the live program is powered by Hantec Markets Mauritius. Detailed official rules and the broker relationship support a high trust score, but traders should not assume that broker regulation creates a regulatory guarantee for simulated challenge rewards.

The existence of public rules does not guarantee a reward. KYC, restricted-country rules, account ownership, platform history and prohibited-strategy review can still affect eligibility.

Best Fit

Hantec Trader is well suited to traders who value broker-backed infrastructure and want to choose between static and trailing drawdown. Enhanced is the clearest conventional route; Instant requires stricter control of open risk.

Prop Firm Audit Verdict

Hantec Trader combines unusually clear current rule pages with credible infrastructure. The main hidden-in-plain-sight risk is not the target—it is the 3% funded open-loss cap and the buffer left after a payout.

Before trading, save the rules shown at purchase and recalculate the daily and maximum-loss floors after every payout or new high.

The official homepage shows Instant24 starting at $13, Instant Lite with a $19 regular headline and Instant Funding with a $43 regular headline. These entry-card amounts are not a verified all-size matrix. Displayed site sales are not a Prop Firm Audit coupon, and optional features alter the final selected fee. Official product catalog.

Instant24's clock starts with the first trade. It should be compared as a short-duration product, not assumed to work like an open-ended funded account. Lite and Instant Funding display 14-day reward cycles with selected seven-day options.

Enhanced profitable days and source conflict

Enhanced requires three profitable days at each challenge stage and each funded withdrawal cycle, normally at 0.5% per day. Its optional no-minimum-profitable-days feature changes that requirement. The same help article calls the maximum loss static for the account's lifetime but also says that the first withdrawal locks the floor at starting balance. Because those statements do not describe the same post-withdrawal risk, obtain the applicable issued terms before withdrawing rather than assuming the initial 10% room remains. Enhanced official guide.

Choosing add-ons and managing withdrawal risk

Express lists separate options for a higher share, weekly cycle, reduced target, wider loss allowance, first reward on demand and news permissions. These features should be compared individually; an up-to-95% headline does not mean the base fee includes all of them. Express options.

Before purchase, save the base product, selected add-ons, starting fee and account agreement. Before withdrawal, compare the post-request balance with the floor that will apply afterward. A large requested reward can leave a small remaining risk cushion even after a successful evaluation. Existing PFA ratings are preserved as editorial assessments.
