TradeDay Review 2026: Rules, Accounts, Drawdown and Payouts

TradeDay is a futures proprietary trading program offering evaluation or funded-stage access under plan-specific risk rules. This audit focuses on the current 2026 structure, including profit targets, drawdown, payout eligibility, platforms and restrictions.

TradeDay Review: Main Points

  • TradeDay 2.0 offers Quick Pay and Fast Pass evaluations across $50K, $100K and $150K sizes, with intraday and end-of-day drawdown configurations. Quick Pay requires five trading days and 30% evaluation consistency. Fast Pass can qualify in three days with 45% consistency.
  • Profit targets are $3,000, $6,000 and $9,000. Maximum drawdowns are $2,000, $3,000 and $4,500. Funded rules depend on the chosen evaluation: some retain intraday drawdown with day-one payout access, while the EOD funded path keeps EOD drawdown, five qualifying days and a 45% consistency test.
  • Current trader share: 50% to 80% in Quick Pay Sim depending on profit; 80% on EOD Sim; 90% Live.
  • Payout access: Day one on eligible Quick Pay accounts; 5 qualifying days on EOD Fast Pass.
  • Platforms: Tradovate, TradingView, NinjaTrader and other supported futures platforms.

How TradeDay Works

TradeDay 2.0 offers Quick Pay and Fast Pass evaluations across $50K, $100K and $150K sizes, with intraday and end-of-day drawdown configurations. Quick Pay requires five trading days and 30% evaluation consistency. Fast Pass can qualify in three days with 45% consistency.

A displayed account size is a simulated or notional reference and is not the same as cash deposited into a personal brokerage account. Traders must pass the evaluation and follow the funded agreement before any withdrawal becomes eligible.

Evaluation and Account Rules

Profit targets are $3,000, $6,000 and $9,000. Maximum drawdowns are $2,000, $3,000 and $4,500. Funded rules depend on the chosen evaluation: some retain intraday drawdown with day-one payout access, while the EOD funded path keeps EOD drawdown, five qualifying days and a 45% consistency test.

Profit target: 6%

Maximum drawdown: $2,000 on $50K, $3,000 on $100K, $4,500 on $150K

Minimum trading days: 3

Account-specific position limits, commissions, market data fees and reset conditions should be checked on the exact checkout and dashboard page because they can differ by size and connection.

Drawdown and Risk Management

$2,000 on $50K, $3,000 on $100K, $4,500 on $150K. No separate headline daily loss; selected trailing drawdown governs risk. Touching the active hard-loss threshold can close the account even if the trader was previously profitable. Traders should track realized balance, open equity, commissions and the current drawdown floor after every session.

Funded Account and Payout Rules

Quick Pay funded accounts can request from day one, with a $250 minimum and no funded consistency or buffer. Its share is 50% below $4,000 net profit, 80% above that level and 90% in Live. EOD Fast Pass funded accounts require five qualifying days, use 45% consistency and cap requests by size, paying 80% in Sim and 90% Live.

Profit split: 50% to 80% in Quick Pay Sim depending on profit; 80% on EOD Sim; 90% Live.

Payout frequency: Day one on eligible Quick Pay accounts; 5 qualifying days on EOD Fast Pass.

Approval time and delivery time are separate. Bank, wallet or payout-provider processing can continue after the firm approves a request.

Trading Conditions

News trading is generally permitted, subject to plan-specific execution and restricted-window rules. Positions must be closed before any published maintenance or weekend cutoff unless the selected plan explicitly allows holding.

Prohibited conduct generally includes account sharing, coordinated opposite positions, exploiting delayed data or unrealistic fills, exceeding position limits and using strategies that cannot be replicated in real futures markets.

Platforms and Markets

TradeDay supports Tradovate, TradingView, NinjaTrader and other supported futures platforms. Tradable products are Approved futures products. Availability can depend on the account, data feed and region.

Advantages

  • No activation fee
  • Intraday and EOD choices
  • Day-one payout access on Quick Pay
  • Clear $50K to $150K targets
  • Published Sim-to-Live path

Limitations and Risks

  • Profit split varies by account and profit level
  • Fast Pass funded consistency is 45%
  • Funded drawdown may differ from evaluation choice
  • Monthly evaluation billing continues until pass or cancellation
  • Rules and promotional pricing can change; the dashboard terms attached to the purchased account control.

Who TradeDay Is Best For

This program may suit disciplined futures traders who understand its exact drawdown calculation, can satisfy the payout-day and consistency requirements and use one of the supported platforms. It may be less suitable for traders who need unrestricted overnight holding, uncapped withdrawals or automated strategies that the firm does not approve.

Final Audit Verdict

TradeDay provides a documented route from evaluation to paid simulated or live progression. Its practical value depends less on the headline account size than on the active drawdown, payout buffer, consistency formula and withdrawal cap.

PFA assessment: 90/100 — Trusted.
