Verified code: COMPARE gives 25% off eligible Aqua Futures base purchase fees. The current $113 Daily $50K reference calculates to $84.75, saving $28.25. The coupon reduces the chosen program’s purchase fee; trading access still depends on account permissions, position limits and the platform's actual order status.

Official sources and price references checked: 10 October 2026. When an order fails, start with its exact message and the existing position. Repeatedly clicking the same order can make a connection problem harder to diagnose.
Identify what the platform actually reported
The official rejected-trades guide lists incomplete market-data agreements, contract limits, liquidation status, unavailable market sessions and connection problems among the common causes. It directs traders to inspect the rejection message and consult the account dashboard.
A useful private record contains the account ID, complete contract symbol, order side, quantity, timestamp, order ID and displayed message. Also record whether an order appears in working orders or execution history. Distinguish an explicit rejection from a request whose result is still unknown.
For example, if the screen freezes after submission and no response appears, do not label the order rejected merely because the chart did not change. Reconcile positions, orders and fills before deciding whether another submission is appropriate. A second submission creates another instruction; it does not necessarily repair the first one.
Check permissions without changing your classification to fit
If market-data setup is incomplete, review the required Tradovate agreements and the account classification. The official guide says incorrect classification can prevent access and directs corrections to Tradovate Support.
Use accurate information. Selecting a different status simply to unlock an interface can create a separate account problem. Keep agreement status, platform connection and trading permission as three different checks: a moving chart alone does not prove every requirement is complete.
Before troubleshooting further, confirm that the selected account is the intended Aqua Futures account and that the correct supported connection is active. If several accounts are visible, include the full account reference in your private notes so that a permissions fix is not applied to the wrong one.
Add existing exposure to the proposed order
A quantity check should begin with what is already open. The current Instant Account rules give the $50K size a maximum of four minis or forty micros, with ten micros equivalent to one mini for position-size calculations.
On that particular account, an illustrative position of three minis plus a new two-mini entry would total five minis. That exceeds the four-mini ceiling. A one-mini addition reaches four, although other risk and execution conditions still have to be satisfied.
| Illustrative Instant $50K position | Proposed addition | Combined position | Quantity check only |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 minis | 2 minis | 5 minis | Above the four-mini limit |
| 3 minis | 1 mini | 4 minis | At the published limit |
| 35 micros | 10 micros | 45 micros | Above the forty-micro limit |
| 35 micros | 5 micros | 40 micros | At the published limit |
Do not add the mini and micro headline allowances as if they were independent pools. The table is deliberately same-unit arithmetic; confirm any mixed-instrument aggregation with the firm and the active dashboard. A passing quantity calculation is not an instruction to maximize position size.
Liquidation status needs an account-state check
The rejection guide associates liquidation-only status with risk restrictions, including daily-loss and maximum-loss events. Inspect the reason and the actual model before assuming either a brief pause or permanent closure.
For Instant accounts, the current rules describe the daily-loss event as a soft pause for the rest of the trading day, provided the overall drawdown has not also been breached. This distinction cannot be transferred blindly to a different account model.
Keep the loss event and platform message together. A reconnect may restore the display while leaving the trading restriction intact. Resolve an incorrect status through official support rather than trying another connection to bypass it.
Inspect protection orders after a connection problem
If a position exists, confirm its actual quantity and the state of any associated protective orders. Aqua Futures' TradingView order-management guide explains that stops and targets can be reviewed in the trading panel, order list, position list and chart, and recommends checking levels after changes.
A practical reconciliation is to compare the position quantity with the intended exit quantities and inspect whether a modification was acknowledged. Avoid interpreting a dragged chart line as proof that the backend accepted the change. Retain the order reference if the screen and account record disagree.
This article focuses on permissions and account state. For market closures and local-time conversion, use the separate Aqua Futures session guide.
Current purchase prices with COMPARE
The official Futures selector supplies these single-account Tradovate base references. Select Futures on the shared AquaFunded site; its CFD products use a different specification set.
| Plan | Size | Regular price | Code | Discount | Savings | Final price |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Daily / Tradovate | $50,000 | $113.00 | COMPARE | 25% | $28.25 | $84.75 |
| Daily / Tradovate | $100,000 | $173.00 | COMPARE | 25% | $43.25 | $129.75 |

All amounts are USD base purchase fees. The calculations exclude separately priced options, resets, taxes and payment charges and do not stack a bundle or public sale on top.
- Open the official AquaFunded site and select Futures.
- Choose the plan, size, platform and risk setting, then read the account rules.
- Enter COMPARE and apply the eligible 25% reduction.
- Check the final order and separate charges before payment, then retain the receipt and terms.
Send support a useful incident record
Aqua Futures asks for the account number, instrument and a screenshot of the rejection. Add the precise timestamp and relevant order reference when explaining what happened. Redact passwords, payment details and unrelated personal information; send the evidence through the official support route.
State whether exposure remains open, whether the account is restricted and what has already been checked. Avoid asking support only to fix a generic error without the platform's exact wording. After resolution, reconcile the account again before treating access as restored.
