Blue Guardian Account Ownership: Devices, Passwords and CFP
Code verified by Yash R on 1 November 2026.

Blue Guardian CFD accounts are personal to the registered trader. The important access checks concern the legal owner, the device being used, the issued platform password and who is requesting support. A coupon changes the accepted purchase fee; it does not transfer the account to another operator.

This guide explains how to document those checks before logging in, copying between your own accounts or requesting a payout. Official policy and published price pages were checked on 28 October 2026. PFA's separate coupon record lists CFP for 25% off and records verification by Yash R on 1 November 2026.

Whose name should a Blue Guardian account use?

Use the registered trader's own legal identity. The current website terms describe the account as personal, prohibit sharing it and restrict purchases made for another person. They also require the trader to notify the company immediately if account security is suspected to have been compromised.

Keep registration details consistent from the purchase receipt through the account agreement and support correspondence. Treat a misspelled name as a correction request, rather than opening a second profile with different details. A gift, competition prize or business arrangement needs the firm's own documented process; the existence of such an arrangement does not establish permission to hand over credentials.

For a practical ownership record, separate these items:

RecordUseful information to retainWhat it establishes
RegistrationLegal name and registered emailThe identity attached to the profile
PurchaseOrder reference and selected accountThe service bought under that profile
Trading accountAccount number, model and platformWhich issued account a request concerns
AgreementThe accepted account terms and dateThe version attached to the account
Support caseTicket reference and written responseWhat the firm actually confirmed

This is an editorial recordkeeping framework, not an additional Blue Guardian submission requirement. Keep sensitive documents in the official verification process rather than in a public trading journal.

Can I use a shared computer or a shared VPS?

The CFD account-policy page requires personal devices and prohibits shared devices, including VPS services linked to multiple trader accounts. It also describes device and account-association reviews.

Before paying for hosting, describe the intended setup to support: who controls the device, who can access it and which accounts will run there. Do not infer approval from the fact that a hosting company sells a package marketed to traders. A written answer about one arrangement is more useful than an assumption about every VPS service.

The same preparation helps when replacing a laptop or planning temporary access away from home. Record the practical change clearly, then ask the firm which checks it requires for that arrangement. This guide does not invent an IP-address threshold or a blanket exception for travel.

Can I change the issued trading-account password?

The CFD policy says to use the original password supplied for platform access and says changing the account password is not permitted. Keep the issued trading credentials identifiable separately from other login records so a password issue is described accurately.

If a credential appears exposed, contact the company promptly through its official support route instead of giving access to someone offering to repair the account. The published checkout terms, section 6 make the user responsible for credential confidentiality and require notification when another person may know the access details.

A useful support message identifies the affected account and symptom without pasting the password into an ordinary conversation. Ask the firm to specify the supported recovery procedure for that account. Do not assume that a password-reset screen for one login changes another platform's issued credentials.

Is copying my own account the same as sharing access?

No. An account-copying permission and permission for another person to operate the account answer different questions.

For example, the 1 Step Nano rules allow copying only between accounts legally owned by the same trader. That model-specific allowance does not establish permission to operate a friend's account or approve every hosting arrangement.

Build an ownership map before configuring a copier: identify the account owner, sending account, receiving account and the rules of each product. Keep a trade-size setting attached to each account rather than treating a successful connection as proof that its settings fit every balance. Compare the broader models in the Blue Guardian CFD review.

When do identity checks matter for access and payouts?

The general-information rules place standard KYC before the first payout request on funded and Instant accounts. The same page says additional live KYC/AML checks can be requested case by case when the company needs further verification.

That timing is a reason to keep identity details coherent from registration. The account-policy page separately identifies another person's payment details and mismatches between the holder and payout recipient as policy problems.

For the complete document sequence, use PFA's Blue Guardian first-payout KYC guide. This ownership guide concentrates on keeping the same trader connected to the purchase, account and request.

Does read-only mode mean the account was accessed by someone else?

Not by itself. The official payout guide says a payout request places the account into read-only mode and trading can resume after approval.

Check the timeline before diagnosing an access problem. A recent payout submission, an issued support instruction and an unfamiliar login message are different events.

ObservationFirst record to checkNext useful question

Platform password is rejectedIssued account details and platformAm I using the credentials for this specific account?
A platform change is requestedTrading history and support ticketHas the registered holder received approval?
Unexpected access is suspectedTime, account number and observed messageWhich official recovery steps does support require?

These checks organize a support inquiry. They do not establish the cause of a specific incident or promise that an account will be reopened.

Who should request a platform change?

The registered account holder should submit the request. The platform rules reject third-party migration requests, require the account to have no executed trades and make changes subject to approval. A newly issued phase can also be considered before any trades; giveaway accounts are excluded from migration.

Check the account number carefully, particularly when several stages appear in the dashboard. The platform-migration guide covers the platform-choice detail. Choosing a different interface does not change who owns the account.

What does CFP reduce, and how do I apply it?

PFA lists Blue Guardian discount code CFP for 25% off documented Standard, Nano and Instant base purchases. The current coupon page keeps its priced scope separate from Instant Starter, Buy Now Pay Later, upgrades and the Futures offer. Code verification is recorded by Yash R on 1 November 2026.

The official Forex page displayed the following regular Instant base fees when checked on 28 October 2026. The calculated CFP amounts apply one 25% reduction to that regular base, conditional on the code being accepted for the selected purchase.

Account typeSizeRegular base feeCodeDiscountCalculated final feeSavings
Instant$5,000$72.00CFP25%$54.00$18.00
Instant$10,000$100.00CFP25%$75.00$25.00

Calculation: regular fee × 0.75 = final base fee. An advertised sale, bundle, optional upgrade or payment charge is a separate part of the order; do not apply this calculation to a price that already includes another reduction.

  1. Open the official CFD website and select the account, size and platform.
  2. Read the purchase terms under the registered trader's details.
  3. Enter CFP before payment and apply it.
  4. Compare the accepted reduction and complete total for that configuration.
  5. Save the receipt and issued account details.

The discount leaves the ownership and access policies intact. Blue Guardian's account-policy page also prohibits using multiple accounts to abuse promotions. PFA may receive a referral commission through its links or codes.

Which details should a useful support case include?

Use the official contact page to reach the firm's current channels. It lists live chat and support@blueguardian.com.

A concise case can state the registered email, account number, platform, approximate event time, observed message and the action already taken. For a screenshot, include the relevant status while hiding passwords, payment details and unrelated personal information. Ask one concrete question, such as which credential belongs to the issued account or which process handles a device change.

Keep the response with the account's own records. This makes the next decision depend on documented instructions rather than a community reply about a different model. For other account comparisons, continue with PFA's Blue Guardian Nano comparison and CFD coupon guide.
