Fixed 4 minis: the Standard advantage

Reserve and Express $50K accounts allow 4 minis in the evaluation but drop to 2 minis when funded, scaling back up through profit tiers. Standard keeps 4 minis throughout under the dedicated contract-limit policy. For a trader whose strategy needs 3–4 ES contracts on day one of funding, this is the reason to pay $43–$44 more than Reserve or Express.
