Funded Futures Family Refunds + Promo Code COMPARE

Verified code: COMPARE.

Verified on 12 October 2026. Verified code: COMPARE.

COMPARE is a verified code for the Funded Futures Family offer: 80% off Velocity, 40% off Premier+ for the first five uses then 30%, and 30% off Prime. The discount is only one part of the purchase decision. FFF evaluations recur monthly, and a failed account does not by itself stop billing. Its refund policy is narrower than cancellation: the published criteria require a first-ever account, no trading activity and a request within 14 days of the first purchase.

Policies and public base fees checked 4 October 2026. This guide focuses on stopping unwanted future charges, documenting the outcome and deciding whether a refund request fits the stated criteria. It does not assume cancellation returns money already paid. See the active COMPARE coupon page and FFF review.

Cancellation, reset and refund are different actions

Locate the subscription and preserve its identity

Before changing anything, record the account ID, plan, most recent invoice, billing date and current subscription status. In a multi-account profile, checking only the total number of trading accounts is insufficient: the question is which recurring purchase is still active.

FFF's billing article directs traders to the dashboard's Accounts table and its Actions section to cancel. The separate cancellation page directs traders to website support chat. These are two published routes. If the expected dashboard control is absent or the result is unclear, use the official support route and request confirmation of the affected subscription and effective date.

A practical completion record should answer three questions:

  1. Which exact account or subscription was cancelled?
  2. Does its status show no further renewal, and from when?
  3. What happens to the remaining access, progress and any separate services?

Save the confirmation and a copy of the billing status. A support conversation that merely says a request was received is not the same evidence as a completed cancellation.

The reset-date trap

Consider an illustrative evaluation registered on the 10th of a month. The trader buys a reset on the 25th. Under the stated billing policy, the reset does not shift the monthly billing anniversary to the 25th.

This example contains no quoted reset price and makes no claim about the treatment of short months. Use the actual dashboard's next-charge date. The important budgeting issue is that a reset payment and the next recurring payment can fall close together.

Before retrying, compare the remaining period with the time realistically available to trade. A cheaper initial account can become a larger commitment if several renewals and resets accumulate. Do not count on a future payout to fund those purchases.

Check refund eligibility before the first trade

The refund explanation says to contact website support within 14 days of the first purchase. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, with confirmation after processing.

For a request, have the purchase timestamp, invoice, account ID and trading-history status ready. Explain the issue factually. Do not describe an account as unused if an order has executed, and do not assume a second account qualifies because the first one was never passed.

A useful decision sequence is:

  • Is this the first account ever opened under the policy?
  • Has any trading activity started?
  • Is the request still within the stated window?
  • Has support confirmed the result and payment method?

These are the firm's published criteria, not a legal assessment of any additional rights a buyer may have. A cancellation request can still be useful even when the stated refund conditions are not met, because ending future billing and recovering a past payment are separate questions.

Initial prices after COMPARE

The table uses published base fees from the Velocity and Prime plan pages. It shows the initial payment only. It does not assume the coupon repeats on renewals or covers resets and add-ons.

Plan and sizeRegular monthly USDCodeInitial discountInitial saving USDCalculated initial USD
Velocity $25K, base$79.00COMPARE80%$63.20$15.80
Velocity $50K, base$125.00COMPARE80%$100.00$25.00
Velocity $100K, base$225.00COMPARE80%$180.00$45.00

Prime Included $25K$129.00COMPARE30%$38.70$90.30
Prime Included $50K$179.00COMPARE30%$53.70$125.30

Premier+'s first-five-use and later-use rates are preserved in the coupon page. No S2F discount is available here. Taxes, options, conversion and other charges are separate. A merchant promotion visible elsewhere is not stacked into these calculations, and the offer has no confirmed fixed expiry.

Budget with the actual renewal amount

Write the initial discounted payment and the confirmed next renewal as different lines. For example, a $25 Velocity $50K initial calculation does not establish that the next charge is also $25. Until the order terms confirm renewal treatment, the later amount remains a separate budget input.

Total spending is initial payment plus actual renewals, paid resets and options. This calculation prevents an entry discount from masking a recurring commitment.

How to redeem COMPARE without losing the billing details

  1. Open FFF's official website and select Velocity, Premier+ or Prime.
  2. Choose size, configuration and optional features.
  3. Enter COMPARE before payment and verify the plan-specific rate.
  4. Read the recurring payment terms and next-charge information separately from the coupon line.
  5. Save the final total, invoice and current policies.
  6. If you later stop, use the account-specific cancellation route and verify the resulting billing status.

Evaluation and simulated-funded account balances are not cash deposits owned by the trader. A cancellation, reset or new purchase does not create guaranteed payout eligibility. For detailed trading constraints, see the FFF drawdown and no-DLL guide.
