Foraxis’s detailed rulebook prohibits opening affected-currency trades on funded accounts from five minutes before until five minutes after a news release. It permits closing existing trades during that window. Its homepage has broader news-friendly language, so use the stage-specific rulebook and the agreement issued for your account. AUDIT is PFA’s active 30% base-fee coupon.

Core prices after AUDIT
The current Foraxis homepage displays $525 for the $100K 2-Step Core. The rulebook lists $545 for $100K 1-Step Core. Both are one-time base prices.
| Plan | Size | Regular fee USD | Code | Discount | Savings USD | Final base fee USD |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1-Step Core | $100,000 | $545.00 | AUDIT | 30% | $163.50 | $381.50 |
| 2-Step Core | $100,000 | $525.00 | AUDIT | 30% | $157.50 | $367.50 |
These calculations apply the PFA offer to regular base fees. No sale stacking, paid extras or separate taxes are included. The discount changes the purchase price, not news permissions.
Read the rule by action and stage
The funded rule concerns opening a trade involving an affected currency. Opening within the restricted window is described as a soft breach. The 1-Step Core evaluation display does not apply that funded news restriction. The rulebook separately requires at least 30 seconds per trade in every phase.
The homepage’s general statement that news trading is unrestricted is less specific than this funded-stage instruction. Do not silently select whichever wording permits more trading. Before purchase, resolve any discrepancy against the exact account agreement with official support.
Construct a release window in one time zone
For an illustrative release scheduled at 14:30, the five-minute boundaries are 14:25 and 14:35. Use the same time zone for the calendar and platform comparison. Converting only the event time but leaving an alert in another zone can defeat an otherwise correct checklist.
| Illustrative action | Timing | Planning interpretation |
|---|---|---|
| Open affected-currency exposure | 14:28 | Inside the restricted window |
| Close an existing position | 14:31 | Closing permission exists; other rules still matter |
| Plan a new entry | 14:36 | Outside this example window; check other releases and limits |
| Reopen immediately after closing | 14:32 | A new entry, not merely an exit |
These are examples, not live event times. Avoid using the exact boundary second as a strategy: timing differences, delayed execution or unclear platform timestamps can make a nominally marginal order difficult to assess.
Closing permission is not permission to reverse
A practical order checklist should distinguish reducing exposure from creating new exposure. A close followed by a new position is two decisions. If a platform action can both close and reverse, understand the resulting order before using it around the event.
The published summary does not settle every pending-order, scale-in or reversal edge case. Do not assume an order placed before the window is exempt if it executes inside it. Ask how the purchased rule set handles that event, and keep the answer with your trading plan. This guide does not invent an exemption for automation.
Build the calendar into the routine
Before a funded session, list relevant releases, affected currencies, local time and platform time. Then list positions and pending orders that could create exposure during each window. Set an earlier reminder so the review happens before the restricted interval begins.
After the event, recheck both the calendar and account state before resuming. A second release can create an overlapping window. A platform alert or a soft-breach label is not a substitute for reviewing what the order actually did.
Record the trade identifier, submission time, execution time, action type and event reference if an outcome needs clarification. This creates a useful factual question for support rather than a general claim that news trading was allowed somewhere on the homepage.
News compliance does not replace risk limits
A trade outside the window can still violate loss limits. Read our Core floating-loss guide for the separate open-position test. The Foraxis review covers account differences and documentation gaps.
The official site identifies simulated accounts and lists residence restrictions, including India. Check personal eligibility before paying; a coupon does not waive it. Do not interpret the nominal $100K balance as a deposit or an amount available to withdraw.
