FundedNext CFD Trading Rules: Gambling, Margin Usage and Account Rolling

Quick answer

FundedNext CFD accounts require both loss-limit compliance and permitted trading conduct. The current general rules prohibit gambling-style behavior, cross-account hedging, account rolling and account sharing. Staying within the displayed drawdown does not establish that every strategy is permitted.

Coupon code: CFP. PFA lists up to 50% off FundedNext CFD entry fees. See the FundedNext offer.

Official documentation reviewed: 15 October 2026.

Conduct controls sit alongside numerical limits

The official forbidden-conduct page identifies these practices:

PracticePublished concern
Gambling-style behaviorConcentrated or all-in exposure without disciplined risk management
Excessive margin usage70% or more cumulative usage in the listed policy
Group or cross-account hedgingMirrored or opposing positions across accounts
Account rollingMultiple challenge attempts intended to pass by chance
Account sharingSomeone else trading the account
Third-party copying or managementTrading accounts or signals not owned and controlled as permitted

The table summarizes conduct categories. It is not a substitute for the complete rule or a claim that trading just below one number automatically satisfies the policy.

Direction alone does not describe the whole trade

A single long or short position has a direction. A conduct review also asks whether the exposure had an exit plan, whether the size reflected the account's history and whether the approach was repeatable.

The general rules describe highly concentrated directional trades without an exit strategy among prohibited practices. Keep the pre-entry reasoning and intended exit with the trading record, instead of relying on a label added after the result.

For a hypothetical record, compare two questions: what market condition justified the entry, and what condition would invalidate it? Answering them helps document the decision; it does not create approval for a particular trade size.

Cumulative exposure can be hidden by several tickets

Splitting an idea into several orders changes the ticket count, not necessarily the underlying exposure.

Suppose an invented account has three positions based on the same market assumption. Reviewing each ticket alone can conceal how all three respond to the same adverse event. An account-level review should examine combined exposure and the platform's margin-use information.

The policy's 70% cumulative-margin reference should be read with the full account risk terms. Do not replace its defined metric with an assumed percentage of nominal account size.

A low purchase fee and a large account headline provide no information about whether that combined exposure is permitted.

Cross-account hedging and account rolling are different issues

Cross-account hedging tries to offset one account's position through another account. Account rolling describes a pattern of repeated attempts intended to pass one through chance.

A record can involve both, but the rules address them separately. A new account ID does not turn an unchanged prohibited workflow into a permitted strategy.

Maintain an account map and an explanation of how each account is operated. Record order timing, instruments, direction and ownership so that the actual activity can be reviewed rather than inferred from aggregate profit alone.

For devices and software, also read the allowed-conduct page. Do not assume a tool's availability establishes permission for every automated or copied workflow.

CFP changes the fee calculation

The official Stellar 2-Step page lists a $119.99 regular base fee for $15K. At the maximum PFA-listed 50% rate, the calculated fee is $60.00 after rounding, saving $59.99.

This is a conditional maximum-discount calculation. It does not claim the same percentage on every model, combine another promotion or establish a recurring discount.

Select the intended CFD account and size, enter CFP at checkout and apply the account-specific offer before payment. The order receipt belongs in the purchase record; the trading plan and account terms belong in the conduct record.

Use the FundedNext CFD review for the account models and daily reset guide for the overnight loss calculation. Prop Firm Audit may receive a referral commission from qualifying purchases.

Frequently Asked Questions

The general rules describe highly concentrated directional trading without an exit strategy as prohibited conduct. The account review should consider the full documented behavior rather than labeling any single long or short trade automatically.
