FundedNext CFD Pip and Point Values With CFP Coupon Code

Quick answer

FundedNext CFD pip and point values depend on the instrument, position quantity and currency conversion. Calculate dollar P&L using the actual contract specification, then subtract the trading costs. CFP is the site's listed up-to-50% account coupon; it changes the purchase fee rather than the value of a pip.

Coupon verification recorded on 13 October 2026. Code: CFP. Listed offer: up to 50% off FundedNext CFD base account fees. Verification covers the code and advertised offer in Prop Firm Audit's current active coupon record.

Identify the unit before doing the calculation

The official pip and point guide distinguishes common forex pips, smaller pipettes and whole price points.

Price movementConventional interpretation
EURUSD 1.10000 to 1.10010One pip
EURUSD 1.10000 to 1.10001One pipette
USDJPY 150.00 to 150.01One pip
A quoted index 5,000 to 5,001One full index point

A terminal's smallest displayed increment is not automatically a whole pip. Read the price precision and the instrument specification together.

Work through a USD-quoted forex example

Assume an illustrative EURUSD standard lot represents 100,000 base-currency units. A 0.0001 price movement changes the value by $10 at one lot.

For a 15-pip favorable move:

QuantityApproximate pip valueGross favorable-move P&L
1.00 lot$10$150
0.50 lot$5$75
0.20 lot$2$30

This is a contract-size calculation, not a current price quote or a trade recommendation. A short position uses the opposite direction when calculating profit.

Commissions, financing and execution differences change the net result. If the instrument's profit currency is not USD, include the applicable conversion rather than using $10 for every pair.

Calculate gold from its dollar-price movement

For an illustrative gold specification of 100 ounces per lot, a $2.40 move at 0.20 lots gives:

$2.40 × 100 × 0.20 = $48 of gross price P&L.

This direct calculation avoids relying on inconsistent uses of the word “pip” for gold. Confirm the contract size in the actual terminal.

The same typed 0.20 lot quantity on an index, stock CFD or crypto instrument can represent a very different dollar exposure.

Convert planned stop distance into quantity

Suppose the trader's own planned price-risk amount is $60 and the chosen EURUSD stop is 20 pips. At an assumed $10-per-pip standard lot, the quantity is:

$60 ÷ (20 × $10) = 0.30 lots, before costs.

If $60 must include commission and a slippage reserve, the price-risk component must be smaller. Use the invalidation level and total budget together rather than moving the stop to accommodate a preselected lot size.

See the existing lot size versus risk-limit article for the separate account-control issue.

CFP purchase calculation

FundedNext's Stellar Lite page lists a $32.99 regular reference for the $5K configuration. If that order receives the maximum 50% CFP reduction, the rounded base fee is $16.50. This is the maximum-discount scenario, not a promise that every purchase receives 50%.

Choose the model on FundedNext CFD, enter CFP before payment and use the percentage shown for that order. Read the coupon record and FundedNext CFD review. FundedNext Futures has different instruments and contract quantities.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

No. A pipette is one-tenth of a conventional pip. Confusing the units can make a calculation ten times too large or too small.
