FundedNext Futures prohibits exploiting gaps, low-liquidity conditions and simulation-specific execution advantages. A permitted trading session does not establish that every fill within it is acceptable. Review whether the strategy relies on genuine market movement and realistically executable orders before treating a discounted challenge as suitable.
Verified code: PFA records CFP for 50% off eligible FundedNext Futures base purchases. Current price examples cover Flex; Direct coverage is not established.

Market access and execution integrity are separate checks
The prohibited-strategies guide covers both Challenge and FundedNext accounts. It identifies gapped or illiquid market trading and simulated-execution exploitation, including patterns that depend on fills unavailable under comparable real-market conditions. The Futures Challenge Terms separately prohibit trading during extreme gaps or low liquidity and require positions closed before the trading-day end.
Neither source gives a universal permitted spread, order-book depth or maximum slippage number that would certify a strategy. Do not invent one from a successful fill. Session permission, news permission and a green platform connection indicator answer different questions from execution integrity.
Reconstruct the order before drawing a conclusion
A useful incident record separates the decision to submit an order from the order's later execution. Preserve the original order ID, symbol and contract month, submission time, fill time, quantity, order type, requested price and execution price. Include the time zone and the platform's reported status.
Then record what was observable: the chart, bid and ask, any available depth display, connection warnings and the actual session state. A chart candle alone cannot prove that the displayed quantity could have filled at a particular price. It also cannot prove misconduct. The goal is an accurate description for the firm's review.
| Observation | Useful evidence | Question it helps answer |
|---|---|---|
| Price jumps at reopening | Session and exchange timestamps | Was the order working across a discontinuity? |
| Unusually favorable execution | Original order and fill records | Did the fill match the submitted instruction? |
| Different platform prices | Screenshots with matched timestamps | Was the comparison actually simultaneous? |
| Repeated tiny-risk winners | Full, unedited trade history | Does the pattern depend on execution assumptions? |
This is an editorial evidence checklist. It does not add a new prohibited category or establish an automatic defense.
A practical reopening scenario
Suppose a trader leaves a limit order working near a session boundary and later sees a fill well away from the first visible market quotes. Several facts remain unresolved: when the order became executable, whether the platform time zone changed, whether the symbol was the correct contract and whether the quote comparison used the same feed.
The sensible next step is to preserve the original records and ask for clarification before repeating the setup. Do not resubmit variations to see which price can be obtained. Do not edit timestamps, remove losing trades or present a reconstructed screenshot as an original record.
Ordinary adverse slippage also does not, by itself, prove an execution exploit. Conversely, favorable P&L does not validate the strategy. Keep conclusions narrower than the evidence and let the firm explain any disputed classification.
Fit the evaluation to a genuine strategy
The official Flex page lists one-time entry fees, EOD drawdown and challenge consistency requirements. Those product mechanics remain relevant even when the main concern is order behavior. An account without a daily-loss limit still has an overall maximum-loss rule, and a larger nominal balance does not remove the need for executable risk controls.
Before buying, review a representative sample from the strategy's normal operating hours. Ask whether its results depend on unusually shallow markets, stale quotes or very short simulated fills. If the method only works under those conditions, a lower fee does not resolve the compatibility problem.
Record unresolved questions in plain language, such as how the firm treats a particular order type at a session reopening. Avoid asking for a loophole or assuming another prop firm's permission transfers to FundedNext.
Entry price and verified code
See the current PFA coupon terms. CFP is the 50% Futures offer. The conditional calculated scope covers Flex, Rapid Pro and Rapid Daily; no new Direct coverage or current Legacy fee is inferred. Final fees use half-up cent rounding, and savings equal regular minus final.

Before paying
Select the exact plan, size, platform and risk options on the official site. Enter CFP before payment and compare the accepted reduction with the correct row. If the order differs, ask the firm to explain that configuration before buying. Keep the receipt and the rules issued for the account. A discounted fee does not change qualification or withdrawal conditions.
For the separate numerical CME restriction, see the exchange price-limit buffer guide. Its boundary calculation does not certify the execution quality of an order outside that zone.
