FundedNext Futures Prohibited Practices Audit: Breaches, Deductions and Coupon Code CFP

FundedNext Futures has no consistency rule on funded Flex accounts and no daily loss limit on Flex or default Rapid Pro, but it enforces a set of conduct rules that can breach an account or deduct a Performance Reward without the Maximum Loss Limit ever being touched. This audit lists each rule from FundedNext Futures' official funded-account rule articles and challenge terms, explains how it is measured, and separates account-ending breaches from reward deductions.

Rules reviewed on 1 November 2026. Coupon code CFP gives up to 50% off Rapid and 47%/40% off Flex challenges and changes none of this.

In this audit:

Micro-scalping: the ten-second test

The rule is proportional and assessed per reward cycle:

  • Trades that close in profit within ten seconds of opening are tallied.
  • If their profit reaches 30% of the cycle's profit, a warning is issued.
  • If it reaches 40% or more, the micro-scalping portion is deducted from the Performance Reward.
Cycle profitProfit from ≤ 10-second tradesShareOutcome
$3,000$60020%None
$3,000$1,00033%Warning
$3,000$1,30043%$1,300 deducted from the reward

This does not fail the account. A scalper who holds most winners beyond ten seconds is unaffected; see the micro-scalping thresholds guide.

Hedging and correlated positions

Opposing positions on the same or correlated contracts across two FundedNext Futures accounts, or coordinated with another trader, are prohibited. Long ES on one account and short MES or NQ on another to lock in a pass is the pattern the firm reviews. See the hedge checks guide.

Exploiting prices, gaps and limits

  • Trading on delayed or stale quotes.
  • Orders designed around exchange price-limit (limit-up/limit-down) events.
  • Fills that could not occur in a live market.

Profits from these trades are removed and the account can be breached. The gap risk and price-limit buffer guides cover the scenarios.

DCA and average-entry risk

Averaging into a losing position is not prohibited, but total open risk is measured against the active MLL in real time. On a Flex $50K with $1,500 of room, three ES contracts averaged into a 12-point loss is $1,800 of floating loss and a breach. The DCA guide shows the arithmetic.

Account sharing, copying and limits

Each account must be traded by the verified holder. Copying between a trader's own accounts is permitted within the published account-count limits; copying from another person is not. See the account limits and copy trading guide.

Session cutoffs and inactivity

Positions must be flat by the published session cutoff and before holiday closes; the session cutoff guide lists the times. Accounts also carry an inactivity clock shown in the dashboard; see the inactivity guide.

Frequently Asked Questions

Breaching the Maximum Loss Limit, hedging correlated positions across accounts, exploiting delayed prices or price-limit events, account sharing, copying beyond account limits, holding through session cutoffs and exceeding contract limits.
