FundingPips Profit Concentration Policy audited: on $25K+ evaluations from 27 June 2026, one trade idea over 60% of a phase target adds four profitable days of 0.5% before every Master reward. Thresholds by model and size, examples, avoidance.

FundingPips' Profit Concentration Policy applies to evaluation accounts of $25,000 and above created on or after 27 June 2026: if a single trade idea contributes more than 60% of a phase's profit target, the evaluation still passes, but the resulting Master Account must log four profitable days of at least 0.5% before every reward request, for the life of the account. It is FundingPips' replacement for a traditional consistency rule, and it is easy to trigger by accident.
This audit explains the trigger, what counts as one trade idea, the dollar thresholds by size and model, how the Master-side condition works with each reward route, and how to avoid it. Source: FundingPips' official Profit Concentration Policy and model guides, reviewed on 1 November 2026. Coupon code AUDIT gives 10% off every account and does not change the policy.

The rule in one table
| Element | Rule |
|---|---|
| Scope | Evaluation accounts $25K+ created from 27 June 2026 |
| Trigger | One trade idea > 60% of a phase profit target |
| Effect on evaluation | None; the phase still passes |
| Effect on Master | 4 profitable days of ≥ 0.5% before each reward request |
| Duration | Lifetime of that Master Account |
| Accounts under $25K | Not covered |
What counts as a trade idea
FundingPips treats related positions as a single idea: multiple entries on the same instrument in the same direction, scaled entries, and correlated positions expressing one thesis. Splitting a thesis into several tickets does not avoid the policy.
60% thresholds by model and size
| Model | Phase | $25K | $50K | $100K |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 Step Standard | 1 (8%) | $1,200 | $2,400 | $4,800 |
| 2 Step Standard | 2 (5%) | $750 | $1,500 | $3,000 |
| 2 Step Pro | 1 and 2 (6%) | $900 | $1,800 | $3,600 |
| 2 Step Flex | 1 (10%) | $1,500 | $3,000 | $6,000 |
| 2 Step Flex | 2 (8%) | $1,200 | $2,400 | $4,800 |
| 1 Step Flex | 1 (12%) | $1,800 | $3,600 | $7,200 |
Phase 2 on Standard is the easiest to trip: a $3,001 idea on a $100K Phase 2 does it.
The Master-side consequence
Before every reward request, the Master Account must show four profitable days, each closing at least 0.5% up ($500 on $100K). Days below 0.5% do not count. On a weekly reward route, that means at least four of the trading days in the cycle must be qualifying; on bi-weekly or monthly routes the requirement is the same four days per request.
Interaction with reward routes
| Route | Normal gate | With Profit Concentration triggered |
|---|---|---|
| 2 Step Standard 60% weekly | Weekly request | Plus 4 profitable days each request |
| 2 Step Standard 90% on demand | Route conditions | Plus 4 profitable days each request |
| 1 Step Flex 100% on demand | 35% consistency and 7 profitable days | Plus the 4-day condition (overlapping days can satisfy both) |
| 2 Step Flex 95% | 3 profitable days per cycle | Raised to 4 |
| 2 Step Pro 80% weekly | Weekly request | Plus 4 profitable days each request |

| Pro $50K Phase 2 | $3,000 | $1,900 | 63% | Yes |

Avoiding the trigger
- Cap any single idea's realised profit at 50% of the phase target to leave headroom.
- Treat scale-ins and correlated pairs as one idea when measuring.
- If one idea runs large, close part before it exceeds 60% and bank the rest as a separate, later idea.
- Accept that avoiding the policy may mean passing in more days; the 3% Standard build's zero-minimum-day benefit is only useful if you can spread profit.
- If you trigger it, plan Master trading around four $500+ days per cycle from day one.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
On evaluation accounts of $25,000 and above created from 27 June 2026, one trade idea contributing more than 60% of a phase target means the Master Account must log four profitable days of at least 0.5% before each reward request, for the life of the account.
No. The phase still passes. The consequence is the lifetime four-profitable-day condition on the Master Account.
Related positions expressing one thesis: multiple entries on the same instrument in the same direction, scale-ins and correlated positions. Splitting into several tickets does not avoid it.
60% of the phase target: $4,800 on Standard Phase 1, $3,000 on Standard Phase 2, $3,600 on Pro, $6,000 and $4,800 on Flex phases, $7,200 on 1 Step Flex.
No. Accounts under $25,000 are not covered by the policy.
Keep any single idea under about 50% of the phase target, measure scale-ins and correlated pairs as one idea, and bank part of a large winner before it exceeds 60%.
