The5ers Futures evaluation has no overall completion deadline, but the account must have a trade at least every 14 calendar days. Its official inactivity FAQ says a 14-day period without trading activity leads to termination. Weekends belong in a calendar-day count, even when the market is closed.
Verified code: AUDIT gives 10% off eligible The5ers Futures evaluation fees. The AUDIT coupon page records the current verified offer. The discount does not extend the activity window or turn a no-time-limit evaluation into an account that can be left untouched indefinitely.

Official sources checked 8 October 2026. This is an inactivity planning guide for Futures evaluations, not a statement of The5ers Forex/CFD inactivity rules.
Separate three different clocks
The official evaluation time-limit FAQ establishes unlimited time to finish alongside the 14-calendar-day activity requirement. Those conditions can coexist. A trader may take longer to reach the target while still keeping the account active.
The market session is a third clock. An account may approach its inactivity boundary when the relevant instrument is closed, in maintenance or operating a holiday schedule. A calendar reminder does not guarantee that a new order can be executed at that moment.
| Clock | Question it answers | Common mistake |
|---|---|---|
| Evaluation duration | How long can target completion take? | Treating unlimited duration as unlimited inactivity |
| Inactivity period | How recently was trading activity recorded? | Counting only weekdays |
| Instrument session | When can the selected market actually be traded? | Leaving the check until a closed session |
The policy does not publish an exact expiry timestamp or a detailed first-trade starting convention. Confirm those details for an unused account instead of inventing a midnight cutoff. Keep the firm's answer with the purchase record if your schedule depends on it.
A calendar example that leaves room to act
Assume an illustrative account records a trade on Thursday, 8 October 2026. Fourteen calendar days later is Thursday, 22 October. That date addition explains the unit; it is not a claim that trading at any time on the 22nd is safe. The official wording does not establish that grace period.
A personal review on Friday, 16 October would occur eight calendar days after the example trade. Another review on Tuesday, 20 October would occur twelve days after it. Neither date is an official requirement. They are possible early checkpoints for verifying the last activity, session availability and whether continuing the account is practical.
The important habit is to review before the boundary. If the trader expects to be unavailable throughout the period, decide that before buying. Do not assume a holiday, trip or illness automatically creates an exception, and do not enter an unsuitable trade just because a reminder appeared.
Verify the right account's activity
Write down the purchased evaluation's account identifier and last recorded trade. With multiple accounts, maintain separate rows. Activity on account A should not be presumed to refresh account B merely because both belong to the same person or use the same platform.
The BlackArrow demo explanation says activity in the general demo does not contribute to the purchased program. That makes account selection material to an inactivity check as well as target progress. Review the actual evaluation history rather than a familiar chart window.
Keep an export or statement showing the account, trade timestamp and ticket reference. A submitted but rejected order is a different record from a completed trade. The short inactivity FAQ does not explain every pending-order or long-held-position edge case; ask the firm rather than treating an ambiguous event as a verified reset.
Plan around sessions without relying on conflicting clock wording
The market-hours FAQ describes the Sunday-to-Friday schedule and requires both programs to close before the weekend. It also lists a 4:00–5:00 PM CT maintenance break alongside a 4:50 PM CT close/reduction instruction. Those details need clarification before being converted into a single execution deadline.
For inactivity planning, avoid depending on the final minutes of an uncertain session. Use the current platform schedule and a confirmed firm cutoff for the actual instrument. An early-close notice should take priority in your calendar over a recurring ordinary-weekday reminder.
This article does not repeat the full Swing overnight-size guide. The relevant point is that permission to hold overnight does not turn closed-market hours into new execution opportunities or remove the separate activity requirement.
What to record before an extended absence
- Match the exact purchased account and stage.
- Save the latest statement and last-trade timestamp.
- Confirm any first-trade, time-zone or holiday-counting uncertainty with official support.
- Set a personal review comfortably before the published boundary.
- Check open positions and pending orders against the holding rules.
- Decide whether the account fits the time you can realistically devote to it.
These steps are preventive suggestions. They are not an account-pause service, a guarantee of reinstatement or permission to bypass a trading rule. If an account already shows inactive or terminated status, preserve the evidence and ask support what, if anything, can be done before purchasing a replacement.
AUDIT entry-fee arithmetic
The current Futures selector lists Day Trade at $59 for $25K and $100 for $50K. The following calculations concern the eligible entry fee only.
| Plan | Account size | Published base price (USD) | Coupon code | Discount | Savings (USD) | Final base price if code applies (USD) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Day Trade | $25K | $59.00 | AUDIT | 10% | $5.90 | $53.10 |
| Day Trade | $50K | $100.00 | AUDIT | 10% | $10.00 | $90.00 |
Select the actual program and platform, enter AUDIT before payment, and verify the accepted reduction and full total. Swing uses a separately displayed promotional fee; do not transfer these Day Trade figures or assume stacking. Taxes, payment costs and separate services are excluded. No fixed coupon expiry is established.
This guide makes no refund promise. Published refund wording requires its own account-specific check and should not be used to offset today's fee or the consequence of inactivity. Read the The5ers Futures review and futures market directory for broader comparisons.
