TradeDay Now Allows 10 Accounts: Limits and AUDIT Code

TradeDay announced on September 8, 2026 that traders can now hold up to 10 accounts at once, increased from six. The firm also raised the active Funded Sim limit to five accounts, up from three.

Approved offer: use code AUDIT for 55% off participating TradeDay purchases. Confirm the reduction at checkout. The account-limit update does not combine balances or remove plan-specific rules. Coupon verified on 12 October 2026.

TradeDay says traders may spread accounts across evaluation tiers and drawdown types. Each account remains separate.

What “10 accounts” means

The announcement refers to accounts held at the same time. It does not mean:

  • Ten funded accounts are automatically granted.
  • Profit and drawdown are pooled.
  • A breach on one account is offset by another.
  • Copier use removes the need to respect each position limit.
  • Ten purchases are suitable for every trader.

A trader can use the larger limit to diversify plan structures, but operational complexity rises with every additional account.

Five Funded Sim accounts

TradeDay’s update permits up to five active Funded Sim accounts. Evaluation accounts beyond the funded capacity still need to be managed against the current upgrade process.

Before passing another evaluation, record:

  1. Number of active Funded Sim accounts.
  2. Account type and drawdown model for each.
  3. Platform connection.
  4. Position limit.
  5. Payout path.
  6. Whether another account is waiting for capacity.

The limit is a ceiling, not a target.

Why account mixing requires care

TradeDay 2.0 offers Quick Pay and Fast Pass structures, with intraday and end-of-day drawdown choices. Multiple accounts can therefore have different risk behavior.

ControlWhy it can differ
Evaluation consistencyDepends on Quick Pay or Fast Pass
Drawdown calculationIntraday or EOD selection
Funded payout pathQuick Pay versus EOD funded rules
Position limitAccount size and current stage
Platform credentialsSeparate connections or accounts
News restrictionsPublished restricted windows still apply

A copier that sends the same quantity to every account can accidentally exceed a smaller account’s limit.

Copying and coordination risk

If a trader operates several personally owned accounts, every receiving account needs its own risk cap. A practical control table should include:

AccountMax contractsRemaining drawdownNews statusCopier multiplier
Account ADashboard valueLive valueOpen/restrictedCustom
Account BDashboard valueLive valueOpen/restrictedCustom
Account CDashboard valueLive valueOpen/restrictedCustom

Test entry, modification, stop movement and flatten commands in low-risk conditions. A disconnected follower can remain open after the master exits.

News and session rules still apply

TradeDay’s help center says positions are automatically liquidated 10 minutes before the daily market close. It also publishes restricted Tier 1 economic-release windows, with liquidation two minutes before and trading reopening two minutes after the release.

Overnight trading may be permitted within the session, but positions must close before the next market close. The firm warns that software controls do not shift breach responsibility away from the trader.

Running more accounts increases the need for synchronized clocks, holiday schedules and a verified flatten procedure.

Purchase planning with AUDIT

The September announcement discusses a larger account allowance. That should not be treated as a reason to buy all 10 at once.

For each planned purchase:

  1. Identify its role in the portfolio.
  2. Confirm the plan and drawdown model.
  3. Calculate total recurring exposure.
  4. Enter AUDIT.
  5. Verify 55% off on the participating checkout.
  6. Record the account separately.
  7. Stop adding accounts when monitoring quality declines.

The code changes entry cost only. It does not raise the Funded Sim limit beyond five.

Risk concentration across accounts

Ten separate accounts can still carry one concentrated strategy. If all accounts enter NQ in the same direction, the trader has multiplied the operational and market exposure even if the dashboards are separate.

A sensible multi-account plan defines:

  • Maximum total contracts across all accounts.
  • Maximum loss for one trade idea.
  • Maximum number of accounts copied simultaneously.
  • A rule for pausing after connection errors.
  • A manual emergency-exit procedure.
  • A reconciliation process after every session.

The published account allowance should not replace these controls.

What remained unchanged in the announcement

TradeDay’s September post says its Quick Pay fundamentals continued, including no activation fee, no funded minimum trading days, no payout buffer, a $250 minimum request and day-one payout access for that path.

Those statements relate to the specified product and should not be carried automatically to every Fast Pass configuration.

Bottom line

TradeDay now permits 10 simultaneous accounts and five active Funded Sim accounts. That adds flexibility but also increases copier, session, news-window and position-size risk. Code AUDIT provides 55% off participating TradeDay purchases; every account still follows its own rules.
