TradeifyFX Live Program Rules: Qualification and Account Transition

Quick answer

TradeifyFX's Live Program is a later account stage with its own qualification and risk rules. The earned route requires five funded payouts, counted on one account or across accounts. A trader should understand the invitation, account migration and first-request drawdown lock before treating Live as a simple increase in profit share.

Coupon code: AUDIT. Prop Firm Audit lists 50% off TradeifyFX account entry fees. See the TradeifyFX coupon page.

Official documentation reviewed: 15 October 2026. This guide covers the Forex/CFD program.

How Live qualification changes the account portfolio

The official Live Program guide describes both earned qualification and discretionary selection. An invitation has a 14-day acceptance window. Its policy also explains how other funded accounts and open evaluations are handled during migration.

Build an inventory before responding. A useful record lists account ID, plan, starting balance, current result, pending reward and evaluation stage. This makes it possible to distinguish a profitable funded account from an account in drawdown instead of assuming every account migrates in the same state.

The published transition policy pays eligible rewards on other profitable funded accounts at the nearest payout window. Accounts in drawdown continue toward breakeven before transfer and cannot receive further funded-stage payouts; evaluations continue and, if passed, move directly to Live. The acceptance decision therefore affects more than the account that produced the fifth payout.

The Live loss floor moves before it locks

Live starts with a 5% allowance. The detailed rule uses the highest daily closing balance at the 22:00 UTC reset, then permanently locks the floor at starting balance on the first payout request or 5% total profit.

Here is an original $50,000 illustration without withdrawals or adjustments:

CheckpointClosing balanceFloor after the checkpoint
Account starts$50,000$47,500
First closing high$51,000$48,500
A lower close$50,800$48,500
Closing profit reaches 5%$52,500$50,000, locked

The second losing close does not undo the previous increase. More importantly, the calculation's update time does not make an open loss invisible: equity is checked during the session.

If the first request occurs earlier, the lock can occur before the last row. A worksheet that still subtracts $2,500 from the high after the first request would misstate the account's current floor.

Review the withdrawal buffer before requesting

The guide lists a 1% retained withdrawal buffer, $100 minimum payout, daily requests and a 90% starting reward share. On a $50,000 account, the retained buffer corresponds to $500.

Keep three separate figures: total account profit, the amount permitted for a request and the trader's portion after the share. A positive balance is not enough to establish all three.

For example, a $50,700 balance has $700 above initial balance, but $500 is the stated retained buffer. The resulting $200 difference is an accounting illustration, not a confirmation of a dashboard withdrawal amount. Pending charges, adjustments and the account's actual request screen still belong in the reconciliation.

AUDIT entry savings belong in a separate budget

The official pricing schedule lists Classic $5K at $55. Applying PFA's listed AUDIT rate gives:

Entry planRegular base feeCodeDiscountCalculated base fee
Classic $5K$55.00AUDIT50%$27.50

This calculation concerns initial account entry. It does not price a Live account or establish coupon coverage for the private Pro re-entry offer.

Select the plan and size, enter AUDIT in the coupon field and apply it before completing payment. Keep the order confirmation with the account terms.

What to review at the transition

Save the invitation and account inventory, then reconcile the issued account's starting balance, active floor, payout buffer and platform permissions. This is particularly useful if several account histories have different payout dates.
