Breakout Prop Spark vs Classic: Risk Rules and COMPARE Coupon

Quick answer

Breakout Prop Spark and Classic use different risk designs. Spark's smaller target comes with a $1,500 trailing loss limit on its $50,000 account. Classic retains static maximum drawdown and a daily loss limit. Choose using your strategy's path of profits and losses, then price the exact product. COMPARE is the listed 5% offer for the standard evaluation range.

Coupon verification recorded on 13 October 2026. Code: COMPARE. Listed offer: 5% off the recorded Classic, Pro and Turbo evaluation fees. Verification covers Prop Firm Audit's current active coupon record; it does not establish Spark coverage.

Compare the $50,000 account rules

The official Spark introduction identifies Spark as a separate product. The standard evaluation guide explains Classic's percentage-based parameters.

RuleSpark $50,000Classic $50,000
Evaluation target$3,000$5,000
Maximum loss allowance$1,500 trailing$3,000 static
Daily loss limitNone3%
Minimum trading daysNoneNone
Consistency requirementNoneNo additional requirement described in standard rules

These are product rules, not a prediction that one account is easier to pass. A smaller target can coexist with a narrower loss allowance.

Test the strategy against each loss method

Use an illustrative sequence of closed daily balances: $50,000, $51,000, $50,400 and $52,000.

Classic's $47,000 overall floor remains static. Spark's loss floor moves upward according to its daily closed-balance calculation. At a qualifying $51,000 reset balance, a $1,500 trail produces a $49,500 floor. After a qualifying $52,000 balance, it becomes $50,500.

The point is the moving floor, not the example's market direction. A strategy that regularly returns accumulated profit may require different management on the two products.

Classic also has a daily boundary. Spark's absence of a daily loss limit does not let equity cross the overall trailing floor.

Compare loss sequences rather than headline targets

Take your own trade history and replay the same net results under both rule sets. Include open losses, commissions and the timing of the daily calculation. Record the first date each account would breach or meet its target.

A useful comparison includes the largest loss after a profitable reset, typical intraday equity decline and frequency of overnight exposure. It should not assume that an existing trade size is suitable just because both accounts display $50,000.

The published balance is a program parameter. It is not an amount transferred to your personal wallet.

Standard-account fee with COMPARE

Breakout's official pricing page lists Classic $50,000 at a $400 regular one-time fee with the standard profit-share package.

Standard alternativeRegular feeCodeReductionCalculated base fee
Classic $50,000$400COMPARE5%$380

The calculation applies one 5% reduction to $400. The optional profit-share upgrade and separate charges need their own order treatment. This row is a Classic quote; it is not a Spark fee.

Choose and apply the correct product offer

Open the official Breakout website, select the exact account, and enter COMPARE for the listed standard offer before payment. Keep the account type and applied discount in the receipt.

If choosing Spark, use its own displayed purchase terms. The current PFA coupon record does not document Spark coverage.

Read the Breakout coupon page and Breakout review. The separate Spark drawdown article works through the reset calculation.
