Map Breakout Prop legacy DXtrade and current Terminal accounts, choose the right app and check access before using COMPARE for 5% off base fees.

A Breakout Prop account belongs to its assigned terminal. An existing DXtrade account cannot be migrated into Breakout Terminal, and the two mobile apps are not interchangeable. Before treating a missing account as a lost evaluation, identify the account, purchase date and platform shown in the dashboard. Buying another evaluation creates another purchase; it does not move an old account.

Coupon summary: COMPARE gives 5% off eligible standard Breakout Prop evaluation base fees. Yash R personally verified the coupon on 12 October 2026. Official platform and pricing sources were reviewed on 11 October 2026.
Establish which terminal owns the account
The official platform-transition notice ended new DXtrade purchases from 9 July 2026. It says existing DXtrade evaluation and funded accounts remain usable to completion. New purchases use Breakout Terminal and its own mobile app.
That leaves two legitimate account histories. Someone can hold an older DXtrade evaluation and a newer Breakout Terminal evaluation at the same time. The brand and model name alone are therefore inadequate labels. Add the terminal to the account record so a Classic or Pro account is not confused with another account of the same size.
The migration FAQ explicitly rules out migration between those terminals. Do not interpret the July sales change as an instruction to abandon an otherwise active legacy account or repurchase it to preserve progress.
Use an account map before troubleshooting
Create one row per account, using the dashboard and original purchase confirmation:
| Record | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Account identifier | Distinguishes two accounts with the same model and size |
| Purchase date | Helps identify whether a legacy platform may apply |
| Assigned terminal | Determines which interface should contain the account |
| Evaluation or funded stage | Separates trading progress from approval status |
| Current dashboard status | Shows whether the issue is access, inactivity or a closed account |
| Last successful access | Gives support a useful starting point |
For example, suppose one trader has a June DXtrade Pro evaluation and an August Breakout Terminal Pro evaluation. Installing the new app does not put the June account into that app. The correct first check is the assigned terminal of each account, not whether both purchases use the Pro name.
This is a documentation example, not a claim that every missing account is caused by the wrong app. An actual error may have a different cause. Preserve the error wording and the account status before drawing a conclusion.
Launch the correct interface through the dashboard
The official access instructions direct Breakout Terminal users to sign in to their dashboard and select Open Terminal. Starting from the official account dashboard reduces the chance of using an old bookmark for the wrong platform.
Before placing an order, match the terminal's account identifier and stage to the dashboard. A successful login alone does not establish that the intended account is selected. With several accounts, note the active account before checking balances or interpreting a trade-history export.
If the dashboard and terminal disagree, record both views and contact official support. Useful details include the account identifier, terminal name, browser or app version, time of the attempt and exact message. Never send passwords, one-time codes or wallet recovery information as troubleshooting evidence.
Treat the mobile apps as separate products
The mobile-app FAQ says DXtrade and Breakout Terminal require different applications. The newer application is a separate download, rather than an update that converts the old application.
Use the store links in the official transition announcement. Match the app to the assigned terminal before entering credentials. A familiar logo or a similar name in an app-store search is not enough to establish that a download is the intended official application.
For a practical device change, first confirm dashboard access, then install the appropriate application from the official link, and finally verify the account identifier without opening a trade. Keep access records separate from trading records so a device change is not mistaken for a new account or a reset.
Recheck the account state, not just the login
The terminal-comparison FAQ says the principal account and risk rules are shared, while the interface and swap-charging method differ. A new layout does not grant a fresh loss allowance.
Check the displayed equity, active loss floors, open positions and working orders before resuming activity. If account access was interrupted, a remembered balance is not a reliable statement of the current risk position. For terminal-specific charges, use the existing trading-cost reconciliation guide.
Funded activation is another separate state. The post-pass FAQ requires identity verification, the funded agreement and approval before trading is enabled. A disabled new funded account may therefore require an approval check rather than another app installation.
Price a new purchase only when you actually want one
The official standard pricing page supplies these one-time USD fees with the standard 80% trader share. The table applies the recorded COMPARE offer once to the regular base fee.
| Plan | Account size | Regular fee | Code | Discount | Savings | Calculated final base fee |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1-Step Classic | $10,000 | $85.00 | COMPARE | 5% | $4.25 | $80.75 |
| 1-Step Pro | $10,000 | $65.00 | COMPARE | 5% | $3.25 | $61.75 |
| 1-Step Turbo | $10,000 | $40.00 | COMPARE | 5% | $2.00 | $38.00 |
These are new-evaluation prices, not migration charges. Optional share upgrades, taxes and other separate charges are excluded. No stacking permission or fixed expiry is assumed.
- Review the account rules and select the intended model, size and share package.
- Enter COMPARE in the official purchase flow before payment.
- Check the accepted 5% base-fee reduction and full total.
- Save the order confirmation and record the assigned terminal alongside the new account identifier.
