LucidDaily $25K costs $79 (Intraday) or $93 (EOD) at the regular price, and $55.30 or $65.10 with coupon code AUDIT (30% off). It is the cheapest account Lucid Trading sells and the cheapest route to daily payout requests. The evaluation has a $1,250 target, a $1,000 maximum loss and a 40% consistency rule; the funded account uses intraday trailing drawdown, a $1,100 payout buffer, a $500 minimum request, a 90% split and a hard news restriction.
This guide audits the $25K LucidDaily from Lucid Trading's official plan page and LucidDaily rules, reviewed on 1 November 2026.

Intraday vs EOD evaluation choice
The $14 difference ($8.40 with the code) buys end-of-day drawdown during the evaluation only. Once funded, every LucidDaily account uses intraday drawdown.
| Evaluation drawdown | Threshold moves from | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Intraday | Real-time equity peak | Traders who take profits quickly |
| EOD | Highest closing balance | Traders who let winners run intraday |
A trader who will have to manage intraday drawdown when funded anyway may prefer to practise under it from the start at $55.30.
Evaluation rules in dollars
| Rule | Value on $25K |
|---|---|
| Profit target | $1,250 (5%) |
| Maximum loss | $1,000 (4%), trailing per chosen setting |
| Consistency | 40% standard; 50% paid option |
| Maximum position | 2 minis or 20 micros |
| Daily loss limit | Optional at purchase |
| Session close | Flat by 4:45 p.m. ET, no weekend holding |
With 40% consistency the best day is capped at $500 of a $1,250 target. A $700 day pushes the required total to $1,750.
Funded intraday drawdown, worked example
Intraday trailing drawdown follows live equity, including open positions, and never moves back down.
| Event | Equity | Peak equity | Loss threshold |
|---|---|---|---|
| Start | $25,000 | $25,000 | $24,000 |
| Trade runs to +$600 open | $25,600 | $25,600 | $24,600 |
| Trade reverses, closed at +$50 | $25,050 | $25,600 | $24,600 |
| Next trade −$400 | $24,650 | $25,600 | $24,600 |
After two trades netting +$50 realized, the account is $50 above its threshold. The same sequence on an EOD account would leave the threshold at $24,000 with $650 of room. Taking partials at or before the open-profit peak is the core LucidDaily skill.
Daily payout math on a $25K
| Funded payout rule | LucidDaily $25K |
|---|---|
| Buffer | Initial max loss + $100 = $1,100 above starting balance |
| Minimum request | $500 |
| Consistency | None |
| Net profit | Positive since previous payout |
| Frequency | Daily when qualifying |
| Split | 90% |
The first request therefore needs a balance of at least $25,000 + $1,100 + $500 = $26,600. The trader receives $450 of a $500 request at 90%. After the payout the balance returns to $26,100 and the next request needs another $500 of net profit.
Because the maximum position is 2 minis, reaching $1,600 of profit at, say, $150 per day takes roughly 11 profitable sessions before the first payout. The "daily" label describes request frequency once qualified, not how quickly the first payout arrives.
The news restriction
Funded LucidDaily traders must be flat from one minute before to one minute after restricted red-folder events (CPI, NFP, FOMC and similar). Trading inside the window is treated as a hard breach. The restriction does not apply to LucidFlex, LucidPro or LucidDirect, and it does not apply during the LucidDaily evaluation.
